5 ⭐️ staff and service. The hotel overall is lovely, it is dated in some places but very clean and well presented and maintained. I pointed out to Will and Trond on reception a couple of issues with my room (as constructive criticism, not a complaint) that my bijou single room has the smallest shower unit and toilet space I have ever seen on my travels, it is not suitable for a large person; and a small fridge in the room would be nice to keep drinks cold. The staff are amazing, nothing was any trouble or inconvenience to them, they helped make my stay very enjoyable. I had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely housemaids (apologies ladies, I didn’t get your names), Phil, Fabio, Dev, Damon, Shaffi and Marcio; you all do a grand job 👍 😊 The veggie/vegan menu is limited, Marcio very kindly arranged with the chef for me to have avocado every morning for breakfast, thank you Marcio and chef, this was very much appreciated (and delicious). I also visited The Marton guest house further up the road, it is the sister hotel to The Pandora, I met newly appointed manager Josmely, a lovely young lady; good luck Josmely in your new adventure at The Marton. I would totally recommend The Pandora, I hope to revisit again when Harolds Bar is up and running.

Roligt sted, god service
Jeg er utrolig glad for jeg havde valgt dette hotel, rimeligt roligt sted set fra gaden, men en baghave i rolig omgivelser, og en smuk udsigt… Bespisning er også fin, jeg kommer gerne igen

The hotel quite close to the town centre but it's a steep climb and any one with mobility issues would struggle. The overall impression of the hotel is it's shabby. The rooms are not inviting and the bathroom needs a lot of work. Wouldn't stay here again if given the choice.

Dear Kevon, thank you for taking time to share your feedback. Interesting to see how guests perceptions can differ. The review before yours say the hotel was Excellent and looks recently renovated. During the last two winter periods we have undergone significant refurbishment, and this process is continuing. Pandora is a 3 star Visit Guernsey rated hotel and yes, the town of St Peter Port is surrounded by hills. Pandora Hotel is not suitable for guests with serious mobility issues, something we make clear in all marketing messages. Kind regards, Will, General Manager
