Great stay !
We very much enjoyed our stay. The directions to find the unit were a little challenging and we arrive super late so that didn’t help. But that was the only hiccup the whole time! Unit was very nice, clean, spacious, well decorated… towels provided, etc. The location is amazing! Walkable restaurants, the beach, CVS, etc. we had a great time and will be back!

Exceptional IRB condo
Beautiful view and condo in Indian Rock Beach. Location is perfect to walk to beach, eat, or catch the trolley. There was so nuch to do in the area we didn’t even use our rental car while in the area. Definitely a place I would visit again.

Debra the property manager is outstanding!
the property was exactly as described and very satisfactory. Although directly connected and adjacent to the water park, we incorrectly assumed the large condo complex would have its own separate pool on site. When the waterpark is crowded, like it was saturday, we would have enjoyed an occasional more quiet break at a traditional pool. all in all a great stay much enjoyed by our 3 young granddaughters.

Too good to be true!
We found and booked our stay at the last minute. I was couldn’t believe it was available on such short notice, it seemed too good to be true. It was the perfect stay. I don’t have a single complaint. It was spotless and close to the beach. Great location! I had a few questions and even forgot a bag, I received answers to my emails right away. We can’t wait to return. The perfect vacation.

Fabulous getaway in Indian Rocks Beach

Mother Nature rules!
We enjoyed our stay in the condo the location was centrally located for beach activities, the kitchen, well equipped, and the furniture comfortable the condo looked clean, but when we took paper towels to clean up a spill the floor was quite dirty. This is an issue you need to address. The waterpark would have been a fun experience except due to weather we were only there for a couple Hours one afternoon I would return to the condo rooftop patio was the main hit beautiful sunsets. We wanted to invite all of our friends to come share our time out there. Of course we know no one so that didn’t work. Thanks again for the use of your home.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We take great pride in how clean we have the units upon a guest's arrival. The floors are cleaned between each reservation and deep cleaned every 3 months. Hope you visit again during better weather.

Overall excellent unit for party of 5 adults. Kitchen very well equiped with all the necessary appliances and tools - only 1 pot needs fixing/replacement. Washer/dryer was useful given rainy days and unexpected wet clothes. Living area spacious and comfortable couch, dinning table, and extra seating space. Master bedroom mattress way too soft and lumpy for me, but other room 2 beds were fine. Bathroom showers were awesome and loved how clean everything was. Beautiful property too - building, pool, rooftop deck. Loved it - overall ready to go back!!

Great location but comfort of unit is mediocre
The mattresses in all 3 beds feel like they need to be replaced. The 2 queen beds squeak upon every movement which feel like the mattress is chasing you as you change position in the bed. The king mattress has a divot and when you roll into it, it feels like you are falling into an abyss. The pull-out mattress had some stains. I have stayed at these properties previously and have had no complaints. Hopefully this was an exception.

This unit has always been rated 5 Stars as it has been totally renovated. This is the first time we have had anyone complain about the bedding and will look into it

Perfect for kids
The property was perfect for children. Small waterpark and very close proximity to the beach to keep them entertained in-between trips to the zoo and aquarium. Lockbox kind of tricky to work and late check-in (not leaving much time for kids to utilize the waterpark on the first day) were the only downfalls.

Fantastic condo!!!!
This place was amazing!!!! Unit was big and roomy. The patio off the unit was fantastic. You could see the coastal water way and the ocean at the same time. The large patio just outside the unit was breathtaking. The elevator was better than advertised, the water park was amazing. Plan other events for Sat and Sun as the water park gets packed. But during the week it was not too busy. Communication was fantastic and it had everything you need from games to blow up mattress, pac and play, high chair and everything for the beach.

Outstanding!
So many good things about this place. When you walk in, the 1st thing we noticed was how clean it was. You never know sometimes. The Waterpark was a HUGE hit with the kids and for us. They have food, drinks, and tons of fun. We walked to the beach, good restaurants, and amazing Ice Cream daily. Literally 5 minutes max to get to where you want to go. We will be coming back. Thanks for a great place that is very reasonably priced compared to many others in the area!

Great for families
This is our second year in this building and will be back again! Perfect condo for families. We loved sitting out on the balcony after putting our littles to bed. The 8th floor provided amazing views that lower units miss. We especially appreciated that this condo came with all the beach stuff we needed as well as baby stuff to make our stay comfortable. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of this unit. Surfaces were wiped down but the floors were filthy, the light fixtures had thick dust, and the washing machine stunk. The place needed a deep clean. But overall great unit and we would book again.

Great spot
We had a great time staying here over Christmas with our 2 kids (4 and 6). It was great having all the beach toys available, the water park right there, and many restaurants to walk to. Kids had fun at the waterpark, although they were too short for the big slides and the kids section was in the shade all day (probably a good thing in the summer, but a little chilly in December). They enjoyed the lazy river and pool, which were heated. CVS was an easy walk for last minute things, and Publix was a quick car ride. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go by - the chairs were super comfortable!! Unit had everything we needed for cooking and eating, and the beds were really comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views and patios
We rented this unit last minute as other plans fell through. We were very impressed with the whole condo, the cleanliness, balcony and patio. Everything was top notch and probably the best rental we have ever had. We would highly recommend anybody staying here. We would come back in a heartbeat and hopefully will again.

Great place for family vacation

22 Family Vacation
We stayed in the condo for our family vacation and it met all our expectations. The condo was clean and had all of our needed items. The location was nice because it was on the top floor and tucked away so there wasn’t a whole lot of traffic passing the condo. The balcony was great in the mornings and evenings to watch the dolphins and manatees as they were coming and going. Very easy access to the beach and a lot of beach items at the condo. The included water park passes was a great benefit and we had a great time at the pool and slides. The only issue that we had (the owners and management company have zero control over it) was that the elevator is extremely slow. We for-sure would and will stay here again.

We took a family trip with kids ages 5,7,and 9. The property was beautiful. The pool was very crowded on the weekend. The beach was so close and there were plenty of beach items. The closet was locked to get the items and the owner responded quickly and had it unlocked. The elevator only broke down the last day so had to carry bags 8 floors. There are wait times for elevator and sometimes driving around looking for a parking spot in the garage. The area had great food and Ice-cream. We went to clearwater and went on captain memos pirate ship. Kids and us all enjoyed. Loved having coffee on the balcony and watching sunset at night. Saw dolphins and a manatee off the balcony. Loved our stay.

I cannot say enough about this property! It was our first time staying in Indian Rocks Beach and this condo made it so enjoyable. The location was perfect and everything was walking distance. They literally have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not to mention all the extras they had available for if you have little ones. (Pack and play, high chair and lots of beach toys) The place was so clean and smelled amazing! We even got to see dolphins, manatees, and sting rays from our room. The hosts were more than accommodating and were quick with responses. I will definitely be booking a stay here again!
