3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, zwembad huis voor 6 personen

Rustige 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers zwembad thuis in het hart van Palm Harbor. Gelegen in een rustige buurt in de buurt van het wereldberoemde Honeymoon Island, de Pinellas Trail en vele golfbanen. Omringd door Tarpon Springs, Dunedin en Safety Harbor. Geniet van een diner met zeevruchten en een wandeling op het strand, allemaal binnen enkele minuten van het huis.

Slaapkamer heeft een slaapnummer bed. Een slaapkamer heeft een dubbele schuimmatras en de andere slaapkamer heeft een uitschuifbed. Er is een pak en spelen en kinderstoel in de slaapkamer kast. De mooie keuken is uitgerust met het kookgerei dat nodig is om een maaltijd te bereiden, met couverts voor 8 personen. Er is ook plastic ware voor de kinderen. Koffie en thee zijn beschikbaar voor uw plezier. Indeling plan splitsen. Veel ruimte voor iedereen met een woonkamer, een familiekamer en een eethoek. Grote achterpatio om buiten te eten of rond het zwembad te loungen.

Het zwembad is niet uitgerust met een kinderhek. Er zijn echter extra sloten op de baddeur en de glazen schuifdeuren. De schuifregelaars en vensters zijn uitgerust met alarmen die kunnen worden in- en uitgeschakeld.

Het zwembad is niet verwarmd.

Great place to stay! The hosts were very responsive. I cook most of my meals so the fully supplied kitchen was a big plus for me. Even though the pool wasn’t heated it was still a great place to relax. We will certainly be staying here again.

This was one of the most welcoming VRBO homes we have ever stayed at! Kathy was so responsive to our questions and any needs. The house has everything we needed with a very well stocked kitchen. The pool was amazing with plenty of floaties. I hope we can come back again sometime:)

This was our kids’ first stay in a rental instead of a hotel. They were so happy to have space to themselves as well as multiple tvs so that we didn’t all have to watch the same things. The outdoor pool was a great feature though nighttime swimming wasn’t possible as the pool light was not functioning. Everything that we needed was provided and it was great being able to do laundry before departure so that that wasn’t a dreaded task once getting back home. We spent the majority of our time in the Dunedin and Clearwater areas and this property allowed us to be close enough for a comfortable drive yet far enough away from the huddle and bustle of the beach areas. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Relaxing vacation

We had the absolute best stay at Kathy and Marks! The house was clean, and was by far the best stocked vrbo we have ever stayed in! They had ALL the essentials which made our stay so enjoyable especially since we flew we didn’t have to pack all the extras! The pool was awesome and a great size! We spent the majority of our time on the screened porch when we were there. Close proximity to HoneyMoon state park which was by far our favorite beach! Close to downtown palm harbor with yummy restaurants and live music! We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean, family friendly house where lots of wonderful memories are made!

Another wonderful stay at Palm Harbor

Our second time at this property in Palm Harbor. The property is clean and tidy and 'as described' in the listing. Close to Honeymoon Island beaches and downtown Dunedin restaurants. Clearwater is close by as well. Bed was comfortable, TV's work and kitchen is well equipped. Kathy & Mark are responsive to message and are close by if you need help. We will be back.

Outstanding stay in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate, beds comfortable, and pool a big plus on the warmer days. The screened in porch was our favorite spot to enjoy the outside and weather.

Perfect family house

Kathy accommodated us quickly after our other rental canceled due to hurricane Milton. She was quick to respond and repaired their minimal damage before we arrived. The house was super clean and smelled great. The pool and toys inside the house were perfect for my kids (ages 5 and 2.5). They had a blast!

Everything was perfect!

From the moment we walked in the house we knew we had picked a great location. Very clean and organized. Not a lot of clutter lying around. Anything we had forgot was provided at the house. Great towels and linens. The pool itself is very large and my three boys loved every minute in it. The pool area is amazing. A Screened in area for eating or playing games. Great place to stay!

The house was great for our vacation! I had myself and my 3 children and 2 of their friends with me. Ages 10-20 and having the pool was great! We are used to staying closer to the beach and in a more touristy area but this was a great change of pace! The house was very clean and very well stocked with everything you needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and it was just a short drive to the beach! Would definitely recommend

Lovely home and neighborhood.

I booked this home over 9 months prior to the stay. The home is very much as advertised and nicely maintained. I feel this home is priced just right and a good "bang for your buck" any higher and I would say otherwise. I picked this home for the pool, location, price and high reviews. Communication with Kathy started well from the beginning. There was one issue though that put quiet a damper on one of our days. A tree trimming company was scheduled of all days on a day we were staying. I was informed prior to our stay that the front yard tree would be getting trimmed. I was fine with that and Kathy very nicely left a $75 gift card for breakfast. We left early afternoon as they were finishing up the tree. We made a nice visit to clearwater beach then headed back after a couple of hours to use the pool as we had a couple if friends going to swim with us. To our suprise when we returned they had moved to the backyard with their equipment to cut down an entire tree by the pool.... This put quiet a damper on the rest of our afternoon. Canceling the friends coming over and trying to enjoy the pool while the chainsaws were going for hours. This wouldnt have been a huge issue if we were informed in the morning or day before. We would have stayed at the beach longer and made other plans. Overall this home and owners (they live next door) were nice. I would recommend and stay here again!
