Experience serenity and the lull of ocean waves in our spacious main house, boasting a trio of second-floor bedrooms with breathtaking views and an easily accessible bath just outside all the rooms. Downstairs, you'll find another bathroom amid a canvas of homely amenities.

Just a sea breeze away is our inviting cottage. On its first level, a cozy bedroom awaits alongside a welcoming kitchen and a snug sitting area equipped with cable TV, perfect for intimate evenings or a lazy afternoon. Ascend to the cottage's upper sanctuary where a sumptuous queen bed, cable TV, and an additional bathroom offer a private retreat under the stars.

The property features a main house with three bedrooms and a cozy two-bedroom cottage. The cottage functions like a duplex, with separate units on each floor. The first floor is reminiscent of a small hotel suite, complete with a bedroom, bathroom, sitting area with a TV, and a kitchen. The second floor offers a standard hotel room setup, featuring a bed, bathroom, microwave, and mini fridge.

Need to Know
-Property is monitored by a camera at the storage building facing to the front of the home.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet (dogs are not permitted on the beach)
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)
