** Swimming and use of the pool are at your own risk. You waive us of any liability by using any part of the pool.
The pool will be set to 85 degrees from October-March. During April- September the pool heater is not necessary. If you would like it higher than 85 it is $15 a day, please let us know this a week in advance. Please do not touch any of the pool equipment/heater. Any damages will be paid by the guest. The Hot-tub operating hours are scheduled to run the jets and heat every evening between 7pm-12am. Please let us know if you would like different hours.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet in the backyard. Thank you in advance!
