The Space:

With space to gather, play, and unwind, this villa invites you to shape each moment just the way you like it.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms host a total of six beds for up to nine guests. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, offers two Queen Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, features a King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, includes a Bunk Bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color circle, provides another King Bed. Two bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials and hot water.



Indoor living

The large living area flows into a dedicated workspace and a TV for relaxed evenings. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable year‑round. The game room extends the fun with a pool table, foosball, poker table, and arcade machines, all visible from the backyard.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances and ample counter space lets you prepare meals with ease. The indoor‑outdoor dining area seats the whole group, encouraging shared meals that spill onto the patio when the weather calls.



Outdoor living

Step onto the fenced backyard where a private pool serves as the centerpiece. Outdoor furniture surrounds a fire pit, and an outdoor bar with a minifridge offers a casual spot for drinks. A putting green adds a playful touch, while a patio or balcony provides a quiet perch for sunrise or sunset. Free parking on the premises and additional street parking make arrivals hassle‑free.



Essentials & conveniences

A washer and dryer, Wi‑Fi, and smart lock simplify daily routines and self check‑in. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are provided. Families will appreciate the Pack ’n play/Travel crib and high chair, and pets are welcome throughout the home.

Located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, the villa sits in a peaceful residential area while keeping restaurants, beaches, and local attractions within easy reach.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
