  • Dit is een van de originele strandhuisjes in een rustige buurt in Redington Shores. Het is bijgewerkt met luxe moderne meubels. Je vindt alles wat je nodig hebt in deze volledig gemeubileerde, goed ingerichte eengezinswoning van 800 m². Het ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van een rustig wit zandstrand. De lokale bevolking beschouwt het als hun "verborgen juweeltje". De eigenaar woont in de buurt en is slechts een telefoontje of sms weg.

    The Castaway Cottage heeft 2 slaapkamers, 1. 5 badkamers. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, tv en een halve badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed met een tv. De woonkamer heeft een full-size futon, sectionele bank en tv. De keuken is uitgerust met alles wat u nodig hebt om thuis te genieten van maaltijden. Maar als u liever uitgaat, hebben we verschillende lokale restaurants om uit te proberen terwijl u hier bent. Wasmachine en droger, Scotsman stand alone ijsmachine, grill zijn op onroerend goed. Een buitendouche bevindt zich naast de zijdeur om af te spoelen na een dag op het strand. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op het terrein voor 3 auto's.

The house is fantastic, airy and very close to the beach. The owner made a great effort to ensure that our check in was smooth and she also checked in day to day. They also has everything you needed for the beach and for a comfortable stay.

Super cute little house right next to the beach! Super easy beach access nearby. Outside shower was really helpful in cleaning off too. The house was stocked with basic needs like dish soap and laundry pods. A variety of beach items are also available for use. Small but very cute! Theme was done very well.

Beautiful little cottage house

The house was perfect for myself, husband, and two little boys. The house had a pack n play, beach toys, and wagon for use. Being so close to the beach access was also a huge plus. Great walking distance to multiple places. Would definitely stay again!

Home Away from Home !

I Rent by the Month, this place was perfect with all the comforts of home. The house is located close to the beach and the surrounding area is safe as well as convenient with restaurants and a wonderful fish store just walking distance from the house. Perfect vacation would stay there again! MaryBeth is a first-class host and a Great person! Highly Recommended

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage, very nicely decorated, very clean just all around a nice place to stay. MaryBeth was great with communicating with us with check-in etc. We're familiar with that area so our main goal was to be at the beach and the less than 5 minute walk was great! First, Mary Beth is AMAZING just like her She Shed. She is the hostess with the mostest! I came down for my birthday this year and she made my stay extra special. I have been coming to the area from NC for over 5 years and I will only be staying here now. She makes it feel like home on the beach. Everything is as advertised but better.. booking, location, parking, beach access, cleanliness is perfect. The She Shed is not only for the girls girl but EVERYONE. We loved it so much that I was already booking our September trip before we checked out to make sure we could stay again.

We were absolutely blow away by Mary Beth and Castaway Cottage!! Our first Vrbo experience definitely spoiled us. Everything that we would need during our stay was already there but Mary Beth checked in on us to see if we needed anything! Amazing Stay

This was our first VRBO stay. MaryBeth was an among host she has thought of the simplest things like tape. The finer details are noticeable in this cutely decorated little bungalow. The house sits in a quiet little neighborhood with wonderful access to the beach. The area of Redington Shores is beautiful. We had great meals near by. We will be back to the area and will stay here again.

Spring Getaway

The Castaway Cottage is beautifully appointed, it is stocked with many extras, the outside living space is extremely pleasant, the beds are comfortable and it is very clean and well kept. The neighborhood community is friendly and the owner, MaryBeth, is quite hospitable, she is so kind, she is easy to work with and she is very accommodating. The sunsets in the evening were a delight and they were so easily accessible with the beach only a short walk away. My family and I are already planning a repeat stay on account of how much we enjoyed our time at the Castaway Cottage.

Perfection!

Totally recommend! MaryBeth (host) went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable weekend. The cottage was spotless clean, nicely decorated - just like you see it in the pictures. You only need to bring a bathing suit and groceries … everything else is provided … I mean EVERYTHING! A home away from home less than a block from the beach. Will definitely go back and very happy to have found this gem in Redington Shores!

Our host was amazing and her place was perfect. She was available for questions and checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. There were many extras including spices for cooking, well stocked with pans, dishes and every utensil you could need. Even had a welcome basket with snacks and coffee. Very short walk to the beach and great restaurants within walking distance. Great stay!!!

The best beach getaway

My husband and I wanted to surprise my dad with a special beach getaway and MaryBeth made that dream a reality! Her beach cottage was perfect for relaxing, walks to the beach, and enjoying great local restaurants! The home is clean, so walkable, and the perfect retreat. She made the stay extra special for each of us and was so helpful the entire time. If you’re looking for a place to go to leave the stress behind and forget all your worries, this is it. MaryBeth is the best hostess and will help you make your trip stress-free! We will be back and will stay here every time.

Fantastic Cottage

Our stay at this adorable cottage was exceptional!! It is tastefully decorated and comes with all of the amenities you could need and then some. We felt right at home for this stay, which is just what my family needed. Loved that the cottage is so close to the beach and what’s even better is the access is a bit private, although public, that there were not the crowds you would encounter at Clearwater or St. Pete beaches. The host, MaryBeth, is very friendly and caring. She even texted mid-stay to see if we needed anything. We all agreed that this is definitely a place we would stay again!

Best mini vacation ever

The cottage was a great choice for my family! We had a great time just relaxing all weekend at the cottage and down at the beach. We loved that Marybeth had all the beach supplies that we needed and that the beach was just a short walk away. The welcome snacks were definitely a treat after traveling and a quick zoo trip before we got to the cottage. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have the outdoor shower to rinse off in before going into the house after being on the beach. We will definitely be back at some point!

So sad for all of Florida

Unfortunately we did not get to stay at the property due to hurricane Ian. Mary Beth was so kind to us and refunded our money. We are forever grateful and hope and pray her and her family are all ok. Heartbroken for the entire state.
