LET OP: er is een buitenkant-breed schilderproject gepland voor begin augustus tot eind september 2019. Het zal nooit nodig zijn om het appartement binnen te gaan, maar dit appartement heeft misschien wat werk dat direct buiten het balkon moet worden gedaan met wat steigers nodig. Het zwembad is open en toegankelijk met uitzondering van 13 september tot en met 16 september 2019.
Als u op zoek bent naar de perfecte vakantieplek aan het strand voor uw gezin, dan is dit de plek. Instellen voor grotere gezinnen (of vrienden!), dit ruime appartement met drie slaapkamers biedt u alles wat u zoekt. Het grote balkon rondom geeft een volledig onbelemmerd uitzicht op de stranden en het water van de Golf en zorgt voor een perfect zicht op de avondzonsondergang. Het is gewoon de beste plek om te zijn wanneer de zon ondergaat en een koel drankje in je hand!

Het resort ligt direct aan het mooiste deel van het strand in het hart van Madeira Beach, op loopafstand van veel leuke activiteiten, restaurants en winkels. Het hele jaar door verwarmd zwembad geeft een fantastisch en verfrissend uitstel van het strand, en biedt de perfecte plek voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen om te ontspannen en te genieten van de warme zon van Florida.

We had a very good stay here. Very clean and spacious. We saw a few roaches and ants, but the sprayers were there the next morning and took care of the problem.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Upon entrance to the condo we were all very surprised with how big it was. The views from the balcony were amazing and did not disappoint. All the rooms were very spacious and clean. There were some beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, and some other misc. items that could be used in either the pool or at the beach. There were plenty of restaurants with in a short walk/drive from the condo. The main place for shopping and other activities would be John Pass at just over a mile away. If there is one thing I have to critique, it would be the lack of paper products. We stay an entire week and had 2 roll of toilet paper and paper towels to last a week. We had 6 adults staying in the condo. Overall the stay was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Perfect location

The condo was in the perfect location on the beach.There was plenty of room for my family. There were beach chairs and sand toys.The host were extremely responsive when I asked if they had a pack and play and beach umbrella to which they left in the condo for us.The only suggestions I have were to add larger cooking pans and replace the vertical blinds in the living room and primary bedroom.A lot of the slats were missing so it was difficult to close them entirely. A big plus…the washer and dryer in the the unit.

Perfection!

We had the best time at our stay at Las Brisas. Charles had everything you could ever need. We were extremely pleased with all of his accommodations and the ease of the checkin and checkout process. If we ever had any questions he immediately responded. We have already agreed as a family we want to come back next year. The only thing that happened which was out of the hostess control was the elevator. It broke down but they had people working on it immediately. We loved the location and the privacy we had. I would say this was our best family vacation thus far. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.

Great space for a small family to vacation

The place was clean, location great, and view spectacular. We loved the direct access to the beach and how child friendly the location was. We had a few hiccups with the wifi, but the property manager went above and beyond to ensure it was back up and running. I would stay here again.

The view was great. The beach wasn’t grated like most daily. The condo was clean, but if anything it needed more lighting other than lamps, but honestly the management was so quick to respond to questions. Easy to get into our room, and was sooo thankful to have a covered parking spot! Safe area.

Wonderful location, comfortable and well-equipped

Great location on the beach, easy for 5 adults to choose the beach, pool or walk across the street to numerous get restaurants and bars. Grocery stores nearby are extra convenient. Our group was diverse in age so having choices of activities was perfect. The condo is very well-equipped and we needed nothing! Quiet and comfortable.

This was a great place. Communication was excellent and was a pleasure to talk with the staff. Beautiful view. Not much right near the condo to do. Great location

This was our first time visiting Madeira Beach and we could not have asked for a better place. Location was amazing, just steps away from the beach. The condo had all the comforts of home we needed. Very spacious unit. Could not beat the amazing sunset views. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Condo, but Property needs updates

Overall a good experience. Great location and view. Well set up condo with everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of bath and beach towels. Floors were swept, but needed mopping -- pretty dirty. It was clearly stated there was only one parking space, but there was no nearby affordable parking which was a detriment. The outside of the property and pool need updating.

Location is fabulous! Close to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. We had an issue with a little mouse running around when we arrived but management came immediately and was able to get rid mouse....he told us another unit had issue and thought maybe it worked its way to us. That was really the only issue . Would definitely stay there again...

Great property

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of towels for beach and bath, fully stocked kitchen for cooking/eating. There were lots of beach accessories (chairs/umbrellas) in a closet off the main suite. The balcony is huge and it would have been nice to have an additional small side table as when the 6 of us were out there, a little table to place our cups would have been nice. Overall, I would absolutely stay there again!

Great location!

We really enjoyed the condo itself, and it’s proximity to the ocean. The condo was very spacious and adequately supplied. The beach supplies were an added plus! I also love that the parking space is assigned! It makes parking so much easier. The only downside to this building, is the elevator! It is extremely slow. I also love the location of this building. Several shops and restaurants within walking distance.
