The space
Nightly rates are set for non event reservations up to 16 guests. Special occasions such as birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events up to 22 guests; please inquire with our hosts and we’ll adjust the rates accordingly.

Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by a grand living room with vaulted ceilings which is vibrant and inviting. An open floor plan allows for interaction between the dining room, kitchen and living room. A large 12’ sliding glass door brings in lots of natural light into the spaces and transitions the indoor and outdoor space seamlessly.

As you approach the outdoor space, your eyes will have an infinite view of water as the pool and the lake merge on the horizon. A truly spectacular view.
The outdoor patio has lots of comfortable seating, 2 outdoor ceilings fans, and a 65” outdoor TV offering lots of fun and entertainment.

The home has all brand new components, such as the Air conditioning system which blows cool, clean plentiful air. Instant hot water, fans in every room. Comfort at its finest.

The gem
Master bedroom: Upon entering this space, you will be in awe at the artistic curation of the room. A modern and luxurious color scheme brings together comfort and relaxation. The centerpiece of this room is the oversized jacuzzi equipped with floor and side water jets, LED lighting and music speakers. Cancel your spa appointment because this room has it all.

All 3 bathrooms have walk in showers with modern, large slab tiles. 2 of the bathroom have jetted tubs.

Sleeping arrangements:
Master bedroom features a king sized bed. Due to the grand size of the room, there is a full size bed with a pull out trundle. Can sleep up to 4 guests.

2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms all feature king size beds sleeping 2 guests in each room.

The fifth bedroom has 2 bunk beds, full size over full size mattresses. There is also a full sized bed with a pull out trundle. This oversized room can sleep up to 10 guests , all depending on the body sizes and how comfortable they are with full mattresses.

There are 2 rolling, folded single mattresses that can be rolled to a space of the guests choosing.

All in all, a great home which will create everlasting memories for your family vacation.

Other things to note
The property sprawls over a half acre, in a very exclusive neighborhood of less than 10 homes. . It is on a culdesac and a private street with minimal through traffic. Fully fenced for your privacy and security, the home backs to a lake and its sides are surrounded by exotic trees and forest.
