Beachfront with Pool overlooking the Gulf!

This property is a unique find! EXCELLENT LOCATION!! Step out your back door onto the sand of Indian Shores! This little beach cottage is perfectly situated overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! A beautiful view and in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee/ice cream shops and more! BBQ on your back patio or go for a swim while overlooking the Gulf! The pool, BBQ and common areas are shared among 2 other units that are on the property. Gorgeous Sunsets. Private Beach Access.
The space
This little beach cottage offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has one queen bed and the other bedroom has a twin daybed and trundle bed underneath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area which can sleep an additional 1-2 people. The living room offers views of the pool and beyond that the Gulf of Mexico! Just past the pool is a gate which is your own private beach access to the beautiful sands of Indian Shores. Sit out back by the pool or on your patio while taking in breathtaking sunsets and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. (Pool and Hot Tub are not heated)

In addition, there is a washer and dryer on the premises for your use. The washer/dryer (located in the garage) pool, grill, deck are all common areas are shared among 3 total rentals on the property. Behind the little beach cottage is a 2 story apt building which house 2 additional rental units on this property. Please be courteous and respectful to others when using the common areas.

We do have (one) pack n play and (one) high chair available for our guests to use. These are available on a first come first serve basis. Please note in your reservation if you will be requiring either or both of those items.

Our rentals come with 2 beach chairs, towels and misc beach items for complimentary use while staying with us.

All three rentals on the property are available for rent. There is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit, 2 bedroom 1 bath unit and the house which is also a 2 bedroom 1 bath but sleeps 6. If you are interested in renting all 3 units for an event or larger family function / vacation please message us for availability. Combined, these units can sleep up to 14-16 people.
Guest access
You will receive a lockbox code to this unit. This code will be provided the day of check-in. If bringing a vehicle please be sure to park in the space in the front of the building marked "Beachouse". Please note: This is your allotted space. Please DO NOT PARK in any of the other spaces as they are assigned to other guests. This cottage comes with (1) Free parking space
