Een mooie 3 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers / 2 auto extra grote garage thuis - dicht bij golfstranden, Tampa, Orlando en Disney World!

Slechts 12 minuten naar het dichtstbijzijnde strand!

Dit prachtige huis ligt in een van de beste buurten in Pinellas County. Perfect gelegen in de stad Largo, op slechts een steenworp afstand van Eagle Lake Park, een prachtig stuk land met paden om te fietsen en wandelen, meren voor schildpadden en vissen te bekijken en groene ruimte om te picknicken, compleet met speeltuinen voor de kleintjes!

Het huis ligt ook op enkele minuten van het strand (ongeveer 5 mijl), gunstig gelegen nabij luchthavens, gemakkelijke toegang tot Tampa, St. Petersburg, Dunedin en alles wat je maar kunt bedenken waarvan je wilt profiteren in de Tampa Bay Area. We hopen dat u geniet van uw verblijf bij ons!

Gasten hebben toegang tot het hele huis.

We zijn zeer toegankelijk en helpen u graag met eventuele vragen die onze gasten hebben. Als we niet in de stad zijn, zijn we altijd bereikbaar via e-mail of telefoon.

Mooie trots van eigendom in de buurt, zeer beloopbaar (om te parkeren, Highland Recreation Facility in de buurt, en meer!), schone en veilige omgeving, dicht bij alles wat je maar wilt!

Zich verplaatsen is het beste in de auto, tenzij u alleen wilt wandelen of fietsen in de omliggende gebieden, parken, natuurpaden / enz.

Gasten hebben toegang tot het hele huis. We hebben onlangs een geavanceerd code-invoersysteem voor de voordeur geïnstalleerd, zodat u kunt komen en gaan wanneer u wilt zonder een sleutel. Gepersonaliseerde code wordt verstrekt. :)

We zijn meer dan beschikbaar als u ons nodig hebt, maar zijn zeer respectvol voor onze gasten en willen dat ze gewoon genieten van hun tijd in ons huis.

Gracious host and nice place

Nice place to stay that was only 2 min from work. Sold our home and needed a place to stay till we drive up north to sign on new home. The hosts were great. House was nice and clean. Highly recommend this place. If we come back to visit family, may use this one again.

We stayed here while working in the area. It was located conveniently 7 min from where we were working. The hosts were very responsive and worked with us for same-day check-in. It is a nice neighborhood, located very close to a dog park as well. I would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious Home and Great Location

We had an excellent stay at this home. It has a lot of space for our family of 6 and our dog. The owners are great and on top of communication, even over the holidays. If you stay here and you run into an issue you need to communicate with them and they will do their best to rectify any issues. One of the walk-up entrances for Eagle Lake Park is literally at the end of the block and around the corner. It has a great waking trails. Furniture is lacking in a few areas, like dressers, but this did not cause us any issues. We also brought some small, individual folding tables for our kids to setup their laptops, because it didn't look like much table space in the pictures. Internet was solid, but not the fastest. We will definitely look to stay here again if we have another opportunity in that area.

Quiet Neighborhood close to the Eagle Lake Park

My Mom and I stayed here for 40 days during the process of relocating to Clearwater. The home we nestled in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the Eagle Lake Park which offers walking trails for your pets and paved trails for roller blading/skating, biking etc. Close to the ocean (6 miles) and close to shopping, etc. I would suggest they check all of the lights and light switches as there were lights that did not work and some switches were off to what you would expect. The ceiling fan in the master is powered by the light for the closet??? We never were able to have lights on in the Garage and back yard. Thank you!

Great house!

Great stay, owners were always quick to respond before our trip and we didn’t need anything the whole month we stayed there. House was perfect for our toddler who was just learning to walk as it is very spacious with carpet and not crowded with furniture. Great neighborhood too and always felt safe.

Great hosts, spacious house

Enjoyed this stay with my husband and two dogs. The house is very roomy and very clean. Even though it's older, everything is tidy and appliances work fine and it would be ideal for a group since there's a lot of space. The owners were super communicative, worked around us and were flexible with having workers come to the house, based around our schedule. Very pleasant, very responsive. It is a drive to the beach, but there's a park right behind the house with a lake (saw my first gator!!), that has gorgeous walking trails. The location is not swanky or fancy but for the price this is a great find, a great chill place for families or friend groups.

This house was just what we needed. Close to family and plenty of space to spread out. The short walk to the park is an added bonus. The owners response to any questions was immediate and helpful. Perfect place to relax for an extended stay

The property is as advertised. We were so comfortable during the long stay we booked while we look for a house, and the owner is super accommodating making himself available within minutes of us reaching out with questions. The house size is perfect for the length of our stay, and helped make it a somewhat seamless transition in our relocation. The neighborhood is quiet and I feel extremely safe, and I love the proximity to playgrounds, recreation, beaches, and shopping. We were there with our toddler, and I also appreciate that it was safe for her, with not much she could get into. Would highly recommend for a large family getaway or people who are relocating and want to explore the area before buying, like us!

Home Away From Home

Getting my Clearwater home tented for pesky termites again, I am so happy we decided on this nearby home instead of a questionable local motel. There was tons of room & my 2 cats were quite happy with all the windows to look out of. The owners were available within minutes for any questions via the VRBO site. Thank you Gustavo & Tara!!

Family Getaway

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Great location as it was close to places we planned on visiting. Owner’s response was quick when we had questions. Large roomy house that was clean and in nice shape. Special bonus was a large park one block away where we walked the dogs daily on miles of paths.

Nice hosts and good communicators. House is adequate with plenty of space. House could use some updates and one room's mattress was on the very hard side. Could also use some new pots/pans and additional necessities like paper towels and dish soap would be nice. Not a bad location for the price I would just bring some cooking gear if you plan to cook!

Great, Clean & Affordable Clearwater Home!

Ok, I admit I was a little hesitant when reviewing this listing and making this reservation. However, Gustavo and Tara were quick to respond and great to work with. I had business near the Clearwater airport and my wife and 12 year old twins tagged along to enjoy the Beaches. The house was just as advertised; clean, simple, nice/safe neighborhood, centrally located and reminded me of the “Brady Bunch” type house I grew up in. Not a lot of “flair” but was comfortable, had plenty of space to spread out, centrally located between great beaches and Tampa, affordable, and much better than staying in a hotel. Plus, Gustavo and Tara were great hosts and easy to work with. Will definitely come back! Thank you!!
