With a focus on comfort, simplicity, and functionality, the home provides a reliable and inviting environment for both short visits and longer stays.



The Space:

This comfortable and well-appointed home is designed to provide a relaxing and seamless stay for couples, small groups, and traveling professionals. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space to unwind or spend time together.



The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating—perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a quick bite. The adjacent dining area offers a cozy setting for shared meals and conversation.



Each bedroom is arranged with comfort in mind, featuring clean bedding, calming tones, and a restful atmosphere to help you recharge after a day of exploring.



Step outside to enjoy the front porch and yard space—ideal for morning coffee, fresh air, or relaxing in a quiet residential setting.



For added convenience, the home includes a simple dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, making it suitable for remote work or extended stays.



We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-prepared environment, with attention to detail to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and worry-free experience.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces. Entry is through a secure smart lock, and your unique access code will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and flexible check-in.



Getting Around:

Located in a residential area of South St. Petersburg, Casa Esquina offers a quiet and relaxed setting while still being close to everything. Guests can enjoy easy access to downtown St. Petersburg, waterfront areas, local dining, shopping, and the Gulf Coast’s beautiful beaches—all within a short drive.



Other Things to Note:

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability



Security Deposit

A $500 security deposit may be required, depending on the booking profile. This typically applies to guests without a verified booking history and will be collected before arrival via a secure payment method.

Please note that the security deposit is handled separately and is not included in the reservation total. It is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or violations of house rules.



Mid-Stay Cleaning (Longer Stays)

For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay cleaning may be required to help maintain the home’s condition.

A $100 mid-stay cleaning fee applies and must be scheduled in advance.

Additional cleaning services can also be arranged by guests, if desired.



Interaction with Guests:

The property is easily accessible by car, with convenient routes to major roads and nearby attractions. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.
