Need a break from the beach, Indian Rocks Beach is known for its proximity to St Petersburg or the Clearwater Phillies baseball Spring Training stadium. Further down the road Tampa and Bush Gardens are an hour drive and Orlando is less than 2 hours for day trips. There is a washer and dryer in the house for your convenience as well as FREE secure WiFi. Don't forget to ask your rental agent about FREE weekday bicycle use. If you are looking for a home away-from home, this is it. NO smoking, NO parties, and local Indian Rocks Beach City ordinances must be followed which include but are not limited to quiet hours beginning at 10 p.m., and timely trash receptacle placements. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
