Gezellige 3 slaapkamers met veel natuurlijk licht!

Een mooie 3 slaapkamer / 2 badkamers / 1 auto over-sized garage home- dicht bij de Golf stranden, Tampa, Orlando en Disney World!
Slechts 15 minuten naar het dichtstbijzijnde strand!
Ruime slaapkamers en heeft een grote sofa die kan fungeren als een extra bed!
Een grote en open plattegrond met veel ramen dat het huis met natuurlijk licht overspoelen. Er is veel groen te zien van al onze ramen - echt schilderachtig. Er zijn 2 lichamen van water zeer dicht bij die maken dit gebied optimaal voor het bekijken van unieke vogels en wilde dieren.
Gasten hebben toegang tot ons hele huis te hebben. We hebben een complete keuken met oven / fornuis / koelkast / vaatwasser / magnetron evenals onze voorlader wasmachine en droger die zich in de garage.

We zullen niet aanwezig zijn tijdens ons verblijf van de gasten tijdens de zomer, maar we zullen een vertrouwde vriend en buurman, die zal helpen met het verstrekken van de toetsen als dat nodig is, maar er is een state of the art keyless entry is geïnstalleerd hebben, maar we zijn slechts een telefoontje weg als dat nodig is. Gepersonaliseerde toegang code keyless entry zal worden verstrekt aan gasten na reservering heeft plaatsgevonden.

De wijk is een mooie en rustige omgeving - perfect om te wandelen, fietsen, skaten / etc. Het is in een geweldige locatie in Pinellas County - dicht bij alles wat je zou denken (winkels, stranden, pretparken, luchthavens) - erg handig.

A wonderful place under the oaks.

The home was just perfect. We apricated the openness and cleanliness of the space. I loved pulling onto the brick driveway every evening under the shade of that amazing heritage oak. It really felt like a home. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries during our stay and provided thoughtful recommendations printed out in the kitchen. It was just perfect for our needs.

We chose this location for its location to the beach as well as a leaping stone for Universal Studios and more. It was the right location with Gustavo and Tara quick to respond to any issues that arose. We will be back if we visit the Clearwater area again. The location was great: 30 minute trip to the airport and a variety of venues and activities in the area. The property was well suited for us with plenty of kitchen items and a nice dining area to gather. Quiet neighborhood and clean environment.

3 Perfect Days

Hi. This 3 day stay was in addition to a month long stay to which my adult son and I stayed together. These additional days were just me as my son travelled on ahead. So, in essence, I got to enjoy three days of solitude, and so did he. That said, I truly enjoyed staying at this rental. Please see my review of the long term stay as it is a 5-⭐ rating! Clean, pics as described, great location and neighborhood, all essential stuff supplied and more. Give this home a visit, you won't be sorry. The hosts are so great and accommodating and communicative, what more could be said?! Loved my stay!

Loved Our Stay

My adult son and I are lucky to be traveling together these last few months. We stayed at Gus and Tara's Clearwater house and had a blast. The place is as expected, pictures are accurate. Lawn is maintained and house was clean. Hosts were accommodating and pleasant and communicative. Everything needed is provided. We hope to come back around and stay again when in Clearwater. Highly recommended by us!!

Wouldn't Stay again

This place has one TV in the living room. The linens all smell old and have spots. Cigarettes on the front address decal on the house. Back gate not secure. Lights in backyard don't work. No lights in patio at all. Absolutely no paper towels. Dishes dirty inside of cabinet. Garage the nastiest I've endured and have the nerve to say don't open it. Wifi was in and out and had to use me own to stay working.To be fair they let use stay a few hours that saved with the dog. But I wouldn't recommend this place for the amount. You can be in great places with consideration and amenities for this price. Took pictures before entering and when we left so we know we left the place better than when we arrived

Awesome experience

Great property for us, met our needs perfectly. They leave a neat starter package , minus the food of course its basically like these people just let us use the house as ours, we saved alot over hotel costs, not to mention laundry!!! Some minor things such as mixmatched screws in door hardware, garagedoor spring could be tensioned so could use it. Also when going through the literature they leave if look at all the trash runs 5 days a week!!! Dont know why so many days lol, but in actuality Mondays and Thursdays are trash days. Thurs also recycling day. Great neighborhood very peaceful, the beds all sleep amazing too.

Great stay

The house is an older home but you can see that the owners are in the process of upgrades. Everything in the house is nice and clean. The house is fairly close to the beach and we didn't mind the drive. We did not have to be beachside. Besides it being better to go to less populated areas for shelling. Thumbs up. The per day price is reasonable. The fees kind of hiked the price though. That was the only negative in my opinion. And also not reflective of our stay. I understand the pet fees, taxes and cleaning but some of the service/vrbo fees are excessive. Owners may not have control of this.

Great location

This property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood near Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg and many other areas. There are two county parks minutes away with beautiful walking trails. We also found some great restaurants and breweries nearby. The house itself was very clean and roomy and the fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs. The hosts were always available to us and immediately took care of a couple of very minor issues.
