Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 102 is een ZILVEREN beoordeeld twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers Gulf Front vakantiewoning gelegen in Indian Rocks Beach. Deze ruime vakantiewoning op de 1e verdieping (niet op de begane grond) heeft een prachtige inrichting en beschikt over een eigen balkon aan de Golf met uitzicht op ons prachtige zandstrand met witte suiker. Genoeg balkonmeubilair om te genieten van prachtige zonsondergangen! Balkon is toegankelijk vanuit zowel de woonkamer als de grote slaapkamer!

Vakantiehuis 102 biedt een volledig uitgeruste, volledig uitgeruste keuken met apparatuur zoals een magnetron en vaatwasser, gevulde laden en kasten ... alles wat u nodig hebt om thuis te dineren. Gratis draadloos internet. Flatscreen-tv's (kabel) in de woonkamer en beide slaapkamers, telefoon met gratis lokale gesprekken en WiFi zijn ook aanwezig.

Slaapplaatsen zijn onder meer een KONING in de slaapkamer en 2 tweepersoonsbedden in de 2e slaapkamer. Beide badkamers bieden ijdelheid wastafels. Er is een inloopdouche in de master badkamer en een bad douche combo in de andere badkamer. 102 heeft een wasmachine / droger. Centrale verwarming en airconditioning en plafondventilatoren.

De voorzieningen van het Hamilton House Resort zijn onder andere Gulf Front zwembad, zonneterras, houtskoolgrill, gratis parkeren, interieur lift systeem, trappen, zwembad toiletten en buitendouche. Parkeren is toegewezen met 1 overdekte plek eronder en 1 plek op open terrein. Beperk twee parkeerpassen bij het inchecken. Geen aanhangwagens, campers of boten. Check-out schoonmaakservice inbegrepen. Beddengoed en badhanddoeken zijn aanwezig, maar we raden wel aan om strandhanddoeken mee te nemen.

Gemakkelijke toegang vanaf zowel Tampa International als St. Pete-Clearwater luchthavens en centraal gelegen dicht bij enkele van de beste attracties in de omgeving, Indian Rocks Beach ligt direct ten noorden van Madeira Beach en ten zuiden van Clearwater Beach.
Een van de meest gerenommeerde attracties in de buurt is Pier 60 van Clearwater Beach en zijn zonsondergangentertainment. Andere bezienswaardigheden zijn John's Pass Village en Boardwalk, Clearwater Aquarium, Downtown St. Petersburg Arts district, Dunedin Scottish Village en Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks en Greek Village.

Onze provincie biedt ook enkele van de best beoordeelde stranden in de continentale VS, waaronder Ft. Desoto Park met zijn fietspaden en uitzicht op de Skyway Bridge en het eiland Caladesi met veerboottoegang, een geweldig beschietingsstrand.

We zijn slechts 90 minuten verwijderd van de themaparken van Orlando, waaronder het Walt Disney World Complex, Sea World, Epcot en Universal Studios.

Net ten oosten van onze stranden ligt Tampa Bay met onze favoriete Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, Centro Ybor en Channelside entertainmentdistricten en nog veel meer.

Honkbalfans krijgen dubbel zoveel plezier: het gebied is niet alleen de thuisbasis van de voorjaarstraining voor de Philadelphia Phillies, de New York Yankees en de Toronto Blue Jays, maar het is ook de thuisbasis van de Tampa Bay Rays tijdens het reguliere seizoen.

En voor voetbalfans hebben we onze Tampa Bay Buccaneers aan de overkant van de baai in het Raymond James Stadium!

En met bijna het hele jaar door speelbaarheid, hier in St. Pete / Clearwater, golfers vinden verschillende uitdagende banen, met meer dan 25 banen om uit te kiezen, Pinellas County is een genot voor golfers!

De door Donald Ross ontworpen Dunedin Golf Club biedt een traditionele baan tegen een geweldige prijs. Over waarde gesproken, de gemeentelijke cursus Mangrove Bay in St. Petersburg is de drukste baan van het gebied, met goed onderhouden greens en een eenvoudig ontwerp. Ook in St. Petersburg, de Renaissance Vinoy Golf Club is een beeldschone, par-72 baan.

Als u op zoek bent naar plaatsen om te winkelen, zijn International Plaza, Ellenton Premium Outlets, Westshore Mall, Tyrone en Largo Malls evenals ons nieuwe Seminole City Centre allemaal gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf het strand.

Wat je ook wilt, wat je ook nodig hebt, Tampa Bay biedt een beetje iets op ieders takenlijst. We hebben een verscheidenheid aan restaurants, winkels, minigolf, uitgaansgelegenheden, chartervissen, watersporten ... Kom alles doen ... of helemaal niets.

Amazing!

The condo was clean and well stocked. We did have a bit of an issue with the master bath having a smell but maintenance came promptly within 10 minutes to take care of the issue. The location is fantastic. A lot within walking distance. The area is laid back and very scenic. The managers were very friendly and kind. The views are gorgeous! And the sunsets are breathtaking. Cant say enough about just how beautiful they really were. It was our first time staying in Indian Rocks Fl but it will definitely not be our last! My family had the best vacation and can't wait to go back.

Beautiful condo on the beach!

This was a beautiful condo! Super clean and fairly well stocked! The location is absolutely perfect. Gorgeous ocean views. Wonderful nearby restaurants and a lot to do with the family! The sunsets are stunning! The only downside we found with this rental were the beds. Mattresses were old and extremely uncomfortable and the king bed had a fitted sheet that was way too small. We were also hoping for some more cable options like HBO or the ability to stream Netflix on the tvs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

lovely place,but the housekeeping service could be better,we had to clean up a little when we arrived ,through no fault of owner ,just the service they use,other than that and the overgrown tree out back place was amazing,owners were very kind and helpful,we always try to leave it as we found it and left any pool toys for next guest

Beautiful condo

Quick communication when i need to adjust my booking dates and had late arrival on check in day. Very beautiful condo with lots of beach chairs and toys. Very short walk to the beach and access to pool. Only downfall to this unit compared to others in Hamilton is a very large tree blocks most of tge beach view. Will be back!

Great Family Vacation!

We enjoyed the condo. The pool and beach was never crowded. Both were quiet & family oriented! We saw tons of fish, dolphins, sea turtle nests. Walk to beach was short! We will definitely be back.

Loved the marvellous view of the sea. Quiet,condo clean and comfortable. Master bed too high for us, a step would have been appreciated. Also a few basic cooking things ex. Sugar, etc. Otherwise had a wonderful holiday and would recommend the “emplacement”

Pleasant Surprise

We were pleasantly surprised since the moment we arrived at check-in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked in our condo and everything was very clean and smelled freshed all week. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms had fresh sheets and pillows, bathrooms were clean and fully stocked with towels (there's also beach towels available). Furniture is comfortable and there's a tv in each bedroom and one in the living room. The view from our balcony was amazing, outside furniture is also nice and new and you can access the balcony from the master bedroom. We were impressed at how quiet the condo was even though we were so close to the beach and the building was at full capacity (not much noise coming from the pool or other apartments). This was important to us since we had small children with us. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher worked good for us. The pool is small but was never crowded, very short walk to the beach, and there was some beach gear in the closet if you missed bringing something like a swimming vest, toys, chairs, etc. We loved that we were walking distance from some of our favorite restaurants and that Indian Rocks doesn't feel crowded and busy as Clearwater. Overall, great experience and would definitely stay in this condo again!

Great view and beach access!

We loved or view of the gulf, sunsets, and beach access. The amenities outside the pool area were good! We were sad not to have a gas grill for our dinners. The pool is nothing special and didn’t have shade or table seating with umbrellas. The condo was just ok. It really needs a deep cleaning, a few more essential items in the kitchen like Pam spray, salt and pepper, foil and table spoons. The furniture needs to be updated to something that is easy to clean. The sliding glass door tracks need to be cleaned out and the outlet needs to be addressed. All in all we enjoyed our time on the beach with our friends.

Perfect Location

Was a retirement celebration for my recent retirement. Love the Indian Rocks Beach area, a lot more laid back than surrounding areas/beaches. Restaurants, beach, shopping all within walking distance. Condo was recently updated and clean, had everything we needed including beach accessories, and beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. Definitely would stay here again !

Super location

We really enjoyed our stay and wish that we could have stayed the second week we booked. We had to leave 6 days in to our stay due to a family emergency at home. We never did get to enjoy the pool because several vacationing, fall break families took over that space. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We will try to stay here again because the location is close to good restaurants and the beach is perfect. We would suggest cushions for the lanai chairs at the table.

Great cozy condo!

We had a great 2 week stay in this condo. The only things I would suggest is maybe some updating of furniture, fixtures and a deep cleaning. With that being said I would definitely stay here again. Hamilton House and JCResorts are phenomenal to work with for your vacation. Great communication and experience from beginning to end.

Best place we've stayed in Indian Rocks Beach!!!

We've been to Indian Rocks Beach many times and this has been our favorite condo so far. Excellent location, beautiful views, short walk to beach, decent pool, stairs and elevator close and easily accessible, king and double beds (vs. Queen and twins in many others), walls seem to be thicker, etc. A few things there to get you started, but you'll need to buy some basic things like paper towels, Kleenex, etc. (pretty normal to do so, but just nice to know you'll need to).

The condo can use some updating. The view was great and location was great.

The condo could use some updating. Cabinets could use some paint! The couch is nasty! Smaller than expected photos are deceiving! The view was great but some of the patio chairs were broken! Would we stay there again probably not. It is the most un stocked condo we have ever stayed in! If you fly and need beach gear don’t rely on this place! Did not need the property manager so that was nice! Overall ok but probably would not return to this condo.
