Towels were replaced 4 months ago, I do keep the old ones as extras if needed, mattress was replaced 2 years ago with an expensive foam mattress, extra bulbs in cabinet, a normal tv with cable box that no one has ever had a problem operating. Washer and dryer is on the back balcony and anyone who lives in Florida on the coast knows things rust outside. 2 + rolls of toilet paper was left, but there is usually extra under the sink. The complex was renewed in early 2000’s, the place did not exist in the 80s. Keep in mind nightly hotel rates are at least triple the price I have my condo listed at and don’t come with a kitchen or washer and dryer.

The whole city of Clearwater was without water, most business shut down for a few hours as a contractor working at a nearby park hit the main water line. There is absolutely nothing I could do to fix or prevent the problem. We were nice enough to arrange a second parking pass, (parking is expensive near the beach), as every beach town has parking problems and yes, it needs to be properly displayed. He was towed and I certainly feel for him. He called me up at 7am asking about his car, I suggested he call George the Guy in charge of the building, the police or the towing company listed on the no parking signs without a pass. He then texted me asking if I get a kick back from the towing company, at that point I ended all conversations with this man. Do tow truck drivers have an incentive to tow un permitted cars, I'm sure they do. The mattress was replaced last year and there is only one cable box to use. Never had anyone complain they could not get the tv to work.
