→ Guest can use the large gate to the left of the home to access the backyard, or the backdoor inside the home.
Other things to note
→ There is a detached mother-in-law apartment on the property that is completely separated from the home by more than 50ft, plus an 8ft wooden privacy fence. Our long-term tenant lives here, uses a separate entrance, and keeps to themselves.

→ Pest control: Although we always hope you do not see any during your stay, Palmetto bugs are native to tropical climates like Florida, are a chronic problem for Florida homeowners and are impossible to completely eradicate. To keep them out of the home, we have the property professionally sprayed routinely for this exact reason as they often like to seek refuge inside the home when it rains. While this drastically reduces the chance of you seeing a Palmetto bug in the home, the chance of you seeing one is not zero. Please do not take this as a sign that the house is dirty or infested—it is minor and unavoidable tradeoff for living in a tropical climate, unfortunately.

→We love to allow 1 well behaved dog per stay for an additional, non-refundable $150 fee. You must add your pet to the reservation when booking. You must pick up and throw away all feces. Pets cannot be on any of the furniture, and cannot be left alone in the home for any reason.

→ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, so please contact us!
-Maximum pet limit is 1 with paid pet fee ($150)
-All pet waste in the yard must be picked up and disposed of immediately so grass is not affected.
-No pets on furniture
-Pets cannot be left alone in home for any period of time
-No confetti
-No candles
-No loud noise/music between 11pm-7:00 am (Home is monitored with Minut outdoor sound monitoring)
-Outdoor hours are between 7:00am-11pm. This is enforced and monitored with our sound monitoring system. This is to ensure guests don`t disturb our neighbors.
-All overnight guests must be registered guests (4 person maximum)
-Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older
-Please keep all windows shut, do not open!
-We are happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs upon written request for a $25 fee per request. To request either or both options, please submit your request 1-2 days prior to your arrival. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, please note that availability on days with a same-day turnover are dependent on the availability of our cleaning team. We are generally unable to confirm same-day turnover until 1-2 days before the next reservation. We appreciate your understanding!
