Urlaub mit Freunden
Hallo Kevin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist 3 Gehminuten zum Strand perfekte Lage. Das Golf kart war sehr praktisch wenn man mal mehr mitnehmen möchte zum Strand. Die Lage ist wunderschön wir würden immer wieder Buchen. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht und noch mehr.Der Grill ist auch sehr praktisch wenn man mal nicht Essen gehen möchte. Vielen Dank nochmal Kevin und wir werden uns wieder sehen viele Grüße aus Germany Hamburg

All Inclusive
This home has everything you need. It’s quaint and cozy with so much room in the back yard. Mornings were perfect in the back yard to lounge and wait for the sun to rise. Whatever you need for the beach, you will find here, including a golf cart and a beach wagon. It’s a 3 min walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation Home!
We had the best time at this house. It is so close to the beach, close to amazing restaurants, and Kevin is super responsive. They have everything you would need. Chairs, towels, sunscreen, games, you name it! All you need is you!

The cottage was just great. There was nothing that was missing. In the kitchen, on the terrace and also for the beach were all the things you need. The location is great - quiet and very close to the beach. The Club Car was a lot of fun for us. Thank you Kevin.

Great Stay in Indian Rocks
Kevin was a great host. Even met us at check in. The place is great. Clean, nice, very well stocked with any extra you could imagine. Area is quiet, yet one block from the beach and plenty of dining options within walking distance. And if you want to head into the craziness of Clearwater Beach, it’s about a 10 minute drive. The backyard is amazing! Grill, fire pit, lots of tables and chairs. Highly recommended

Welcoming Home
This is a wonderful home. It’s a great location, comfortable, clean, and welcoming. We loved the big back yard, the grill, the neighborhood and of course the short walk to the beach. Kevin is a great host and provides almost everything you need. It was so nice to have the golf cart available. There are wonderful places to eat a block away. I would definitely rent this house again.

Clean and good location
The house was well suited for our family of four adults. We were very comfortable and the house was extremely well stocked with everything from kitchen appliances and utensils to beach items. The location was very close to the beach access and the golf cart was convenient for hauling items to the beach. We definitely recommend this rental. Kevin was easy to work with and he answered all of our questions.

Wonderful beach vacation
Cannot say enough good things about this property. If you need it, the odds are good it is there, from cooking supplies, linens, towels, a pack n play, etc. We didn’t need to pack much for a day at the beach, all the extras are there for you from towels, sand toys, floats, coolers and more. We rarely used our rental car with the golf cart available to use. Would highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Another wonderful trip!
Our 3rd annual trip to IRB did not disappoint. Kevin’s place was excellent and as described. Perfect location to numerous IRB sites such as Cafe de Paris, Keegan’s, and the beach. Close enough to run back for lunch. House was clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed. Felt comfortable as well. Would recommend d and would return. Great value.

Family getaway - 4 adults, 2 kids
Amazing rental property — one block away from the beach, easy walk or use the golf cart (there's golf cart parking at the beach!). Every amenity you can think of from a stain stick to beach towels and toys! Board games too for if it rains :) - easy driving distance to chain restaurants but also walking distance to local restaurants. Kevin and Cindy met us when we arrived and made sure we had their numbers for easy access if any questions came up! Thank you for a great week!

Beautiful property!
This house had all we needed for our 5 days in Indian Rocks Beach. My kids loved playing with the sports equipment in the backyard. We only had one day warm enough to go to the beach, and we had everything we needed to enjoy it--chairs, cooler, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful property and location for families
The house had more than everything we could need. Everyone was able to have their own space, but also hang out together in the open kitchen/living room area. The outside space was great. The neighborhood was friendly and conveniently located to everything: stores, restaurants, parks, beach, etc. Kevin was a great host. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful family getaway
My husband and I, and our two elementary-age children stayed at the property the week of Thanksgiving. The house is in an ideal location and has everything you need. I can’t say enough good things about the house - we loved it! Kids loved riding on the back of the golf cart to the nearby park. We are looking to come back in June. Thank you, Kevin!

This property is amazing!!! When you open the door it is super clean and looked great!!! It has been everything that you could think of. The beach is so close to walk or drive the golf cart. Girlfriends' Getaway
Four college roommates meet up once a year in a new city. Tampa was the destination for 2022...I found this cottage and hit the jackpot for location, price, value, amenities and a great host! The rental has EVERYTHING you'd need: hair dryers and diffusers (!), fully equipped kitchen, all of the beach stuff you would need. We wanted for nothing. Access to the beach was easy, tons of room to spread out at Indian Rocks Beach. *Clearwater Beach is packed tight with no elbow room to spare. The town had great bars and restaurants (we recommend Salt Public House). Would stay again in a heartbeat. Beds and pillows were super comfy--slept better than I do at home! Thak you to the Ryans for being great hosts!!

This place has everything you need, and more. Our family of 5 stayed here for a week. Our kids are ages 8, 6, and 3. Two shared a room, oldest got their own. The beds and linens were nice and comfortable! Plenty of pillows! Individual A/C in each room. Fully stocked kitchen. Almost every possible kitchen gadget you may need! Tons of cabinet space. And even had some basic necessities for cooking (spices, coffee filters, coffee, etc…) A great washer and dryer! This was great. I didn’t come home with loads of laundry. Plus so much more inside! Outside toys: Bikes, scooters, beach chairs, coolers, golf cart… the list could go on! I actually felt like I over packed because I was worried I would need something for the beach! Nope. Not at all. Everything I could have needed and wanted was available for use (including a HUGE pineapple floaty). The backyard is huge and great for kids to run around in. The gold cart was perfect for crossing the road to get to the beach! Oh. And the beach 1 block away is amazing. Very calm waters, perfect soft sand, and it was never busy when we went. We will definitely be back to IRB and hopefully this house is available. I couldn’t ask for more! The hosts were great and responsive to any needs.

Lovely beach house a few minutes walk to stunning Indian Rocks Beach. Perfect size house for two adults and two older teenagers (with 2 full WC and washer/dryer). Completely as advertised. Kevin (owner) is easy to reach, communicate with and the whole reservation/check-in/out process is easy. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Amazing little house in perfect location!
If you're looking for a peaceful vacation spot, book this place! Had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Kevin met us at the house at the exact same time we pulled in the driveway and showed us the place along with all the amenities. Loved having the golf cart too. Been to IRB 3 times and this rental was by far the best one yet.

6 weeks in Paradise
We had a wonderful experience at our VRBO home in Indian Rocks Beach. The owners have everything you can think of in this home as well as for the beach. They have thought of everything. The convenience of being so close to the beach PLUS the golf cart. We were able to load up our things for the beach or even ride over to the local restaurants/bars in the evening. We definitely want to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful 6 weeks!
