Fantastische locatie, fantastisch appartement, en direct aan het strand!

Dit complex aan het strand ligt direct aan de overkant van Johns Pass Village, het belangrijkste centrum van de stad, en de locatie van de beste restaurants, winkels en activiteiten. Geen behoefte aan een auto hier, gewoon een wandeling aan de overkant voor een kopje koffie, een dag van opwinding, of een diner.

Ontspan in de onlangs gerenoveerde verwarmd zwembad, grill op het zwembad BBQ's, of een wandeling langs de mijl van de open suikerhoudende zand.

De volledig geactualiseerd en opgewaardeerd hoek appartement is op de noordwestelijke kant van het gebouw, net terug van het strand ligt, maar nog steeds biedt een fantastisch uitzicht op het strand en de Golf en een duidelijk zicht op de avond zonsondergangen. U zult genieten van het ruime balkon gebied, met veel privacy en schaduw voor maaltijden en een hoek uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico.

De slaapkamer is smaakvol ingericht met een comfortabele kingsize bed, en een eigen toegang tot het balkon door middel van een brede schuifpui, waardoor u een ochtend wakker beeld van het strand en het water dat u niet snel zult vergeten. Een eigen badkamer is aan de master met een inloopdouche bevestigd. De logeerkamer is ingericht met twee aparte bedden. Voor extra slaapbehoeften is er een comfortabel queensize bed in de woonkamer.

Beautiful, unobstructed views. Watched sunsets every night from balcony. Loved that chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys already there. Just pack your suit and go!

Kitchen supplies are the worst. Too small or cook. No pans no kids. A crock pot of no use. No instructions on stove or dishwasher. Did use dishwasher. Washer dryer ok. View is good. People who live there helped as instructions are poor. Should be better communication but it isn’t Vrbo it’s a sub contractor and too many cooks spoil the broth. As they say

We had a fun week. I stayed in the main bedroom and the bed was really comfy. The view is amazing anytime of day. This is our second time in this condo for this reason. Seeing dolphins while drinking my coffee is the best. Great location with John’s Pass being right there across the street. We cooked most of our dinner and ate at the condo and newer non-stick pans would be a nice thing to add, along with a cookie sheet so we could cook chicken nuggets or something in the oven. The crock pot was nice to have though! We had a great week and will probably be back 😊.

Location is great - the unit was good for the two of us. The kitchen was not well stocked - 2 skillets and both had silicone peeling off and were warped - not a big deal since we only cook breakfast

We were amazed how large the condo was. Beds we’re comfortable, living room furniture was generally good, but with some space guns of wear. Kitchen was well supplied with cookware , small appliances, & dishes. Dishwasher did not do a good job of washing dishes, so we prewashed everything by hand.

Great view! We saw dolphins most mornings from our balcony. The pool was heated and gave us a night break from the beach. The beach is literally steps away with the softest sand. We walked to Caddy’s for lunch and drinks and barely had to drive more than a quarter mile for great tacos and seafood. The condo itself was lovely and in great shape. We had the best time!

Loved watching dolphins and sunsets on our balcony! The beach and location is perfect. The pool is small but nice. The condo could use some TLC, but as long as you are okay with a few details not being perfect the location makes up for it.

The condo was dirty, closets were full of tools and not able to be used, our remote for the TV had no back where batteries were, end table glass was missing so a floor tile was used as a replacement, kitchen ceiling fan was very dirty and missing parts, we arrived and construction was being done on our balcony and we were unable to use it our entire stay- couldn't even open as they put boards in the door, furniture was very dirty, kitchen sink faucet was very loose, we were told that they notified of the balcony construction but we were not. I would be cautious renting this.

The view from this property is gorgeous. We came down for a quick getaway and we were highly disappointed with our stay here. The location and room were okay, the couches are dirty though. They need to replace them. The listing said there would be construction going on on the property, however we were not told that we wouldn’t have access to our balcony AND they were sawing and using a jackhammer from 8:30-4 everyday. My 3 month old daughter got so scared every time they started using the jackhammer. My husband couldn’t even take his conference calls or work while we were there. He had to go to Starbucks to work, because the noise was so loudly. I sent in my concerns to the owners and never heard back from them.

The property is very, very dated and in need of updates. Great location and just across from Johns Pass. Like the area but the condo could use some help. The Dishwasher is rusted in the bottom and the top rack is falling out . The microwave was made in June 1994. Was probably the top of the line at one time. However, the view and the beach were very clean and not crowded at all. Although there was Red Tide :(:( they kept the beach clean and there was not much smell from the tide. There is a kitty there named Butterball along with another black cat that were the entertainment for the building. Was a great trip and we go to the beach every year.

Rental process was great. We had great communication with the owners. The location and views are amazing. Your right across from John’s Pass which had live music most nights we could here from our balcony, ice cream and great food at your finger tips. The condo has lots of space. If you are into Modern and updated this isn’t the place for you. There was a few maintenance issues, and the furniture and condo wasn’t very clean. The bathroom drains still had stuff in them, there were dishes still dirty in the dishwasher and there was still sand everywhere when we arrived, but after a good scrubbing it wasn’t bad. The sand is very hard to keep out. With that being said we would definitely book again. Enjoyed ourselves very much

The listing states you want to be a 5-star accommodation but the cleanliness of your property completely suggests something different. We're not clean freaks by any stretch of the imagination and yet this property falls well below what one should expect. Filthy blankets and placements and dust and grease everywhere. You have one of the premier views from this condo imaginable and yet the filth, lack of simple repairs and the unavailability of things like dish rags, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags leaves a lot to be desired in truly making this anything close to a 5-star experience.

The location and the resort itself was excellent. Unfortunately the room and furniture were filthy. The microwave did not work nor did the dishwasher. The blinds kept falling off the clips and I had to keep reinstalling them. I would stay at Madeira Norte again but definitely not in #313.

The unit was quiet, the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We did not cook in the unit, so cannot comment on the kitchen utensils. We had everything we needed. Good location, we walked to John's Pass several times. We were there to relax and enjoy the beach. We would stay in this unit in the future.
