HUGE Spa- Quick Walk to the BEACH - 2 Family Rooms - Screened Patio

Guests can choose between a private gated neighborhood access or a slightly closer public access. Both provide beautiful beaches and fabulous sunsets.

With an open floor plan, 3 large bedrooms (Queen; Queen; Double/Twin/Twin), and updated baths, this home will be perfect for one or multiple families. Relax and unwind in the gigantic SPA for 8 in the fenced in backyard! A Beach Cart and Beach Chairs are also provided!

Upon entering the home you are greeted with the first large Family Room. Two french doors lead from the Family Room to a brand new covered Screened-in Porch area for eating meals and lounging. Adjoining the Family Room is a large dining room (seating for 8) and an open kitchen. The bedrooms have great separation and privacy:
Bedroom 1- King bed
Bedroom 2- Queen bunk bed (with Twin up top) plus a Full bed (with a twin trundle below)
Bedroom 1 and 2 share a totally renovated spacious bathroom.

On the other side of the house there is a SECOND Family Room which has double doors that can close off the entire wing from the rest of the house.

Bedroom 3- King bed with attached en-suite Bath

The split plan can allow multiple families or friends to maintain a bit more privacy than would normally be offered. There is access to the fenced backyard from each of the two living wings.

Guests have full access to the entire property.

The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is surrounded by other non-rental homes. We request that you respect the neighborhood, by adhering to the city's quiet hours (10pm to 8am). The city may impose fines for breaking the noise ordinance. The property may not be used to host events or parties.

This property is perfection. Seriously. Completely well stocked, extremely clean (even the bath mats), nice linens, decent mattresses, good pillows, great shower pressure. And several house were being renovated in the neighborhood. I had no idea until I opened the front door to go out. So the windows are great quality. All the things you aren’t really sure about when you book. It’s a short walk to the beach or the bay. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a five star stay.

Son’s 30th birthday!

Our eldest son wanted to go back to Clearwater beach for old times sake to celebrate his 30th birthday with the family which includes me, my husband and four kids ages 25 to 30. It was such a relaxing, peaceful, beautiful trip and the house, the location, and really set the scene! The house is completely updated in such a tasteful, calming, modern, and beautiful way.Tthere’s a hot tub in the back, screened in porch with dining table, where we ate all our meals and just a short walk to the beach, which is private and perfect for a family. The owners were very accessible, kind, and professional. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful home perfectly situated in north Clearwater beach. The host of the property have thought of everything. Perfect for families, I can’t say enough about the amount of space provided. We walked to the private beach, 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the spacious spa and unfortunately our trip was short but we are planning on making this an annual trip. We ubered into downtown and walked the strip, enjoyed the many places to dine and and have a good time. This was perfect getaway, the girls and I agree, 5 Stars. Summer Get-A-Way

Our little summer get-a-way was just as I'd hoped. The house was located in an ideal location for our plans, which included relaxation, beach time, and walking to Caladesi Island. Our family group included 6 ladies and one little boy ranging in age from 7 to 76 years old. The walk to the beautiful beach is about a 5-minute stroll and Caladesi Island is an easy 25-30 minute walk. Our teenagers walked the beach to the southern part of Clearwater Beach to do some souvenir shopping and to get some ice cream. The location was really perfect for all of us. The house is great. Clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. There are 2 nice living areas so our group could break up and watch TV or play games without everyone being in the same area. The hosts were attentive and addressed questions. I very much recommend this property.

Great House for Families

My sister and I stayed here with our kiddos and we loved every minute of it! We loved being within a walking distance from the beach and the kiddos got to have sleepovers every night. Great place all around and great hosts! Would definitely recommend!

Great place!

We had 3 adults and 2 almost teenaged children. Our needs were met perfectly, there was plenty of space. The kitchen stocked with the basics, plenty of towels for the beach and a great selection of toys and chairs for the beach. The location is great, away from the bustle of the main strip in Clearwater beach and the beach is about 5-7 minutes walk. And the Jolly Trolley is super close so that’s a fun way to head into the center of things without having to worry about parking. Hot tub was also an amazing bonus.

Get away and relax

Our state in Clearwater Beach was fabulous! The home was very clean, well appointed, and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. There was easy access to restaurants and shopping. However, traffic is always a challenge at the beach. I would definitely recommend this home and stay there again.

What an amazing week in Clearwater. This house is in the perfect location. It was so wonderful being in a quiet neighborhood that was only a short 4-5 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable and Beautiful

The home was beautiful and yet quite comfortable. Lots of options for beds and places to watch tv. Having 2 living rooms was nice. My kids got to chose between the kids living room and the "spare bedroom" to watch a show at night. The kitchen could use a little updating but it had everything you could need in it. I enjoyed cooking in it and using the grill. The patio was super helpful at having dinners outside out of the sun and kept the bugs away. My kids also really enjoyed the hot tub with a little bar attached. The beach was a short straight walk through the quiet neighborhood. It was away from the busy downtown, and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. And yet, it was large and clean. We even saw dolphins for a little bit. And SO many shells and sand dollars. The places was clean, spacious and mostly updated. The bathroom was beautiful. I would totally stay here again. They even had toys, towels, and wagon for the beach, and games and puzzle for when you wanted to stay in for a while.
