This beautiful waterfront home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1,800 sq ft of comfortable coastal living.



The heart of this home is a stunning open-concept great room with soaring vaulted, beamed ceilings and walls of windows that pull the water and pool views right inside. Spacious and inviting, it features a large sectional sofa, dual ceiling fans, and a smart flat-screen TV — the perfect spot to unwind.



The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The dining table seats 6, with seating for an additional 4 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, generous counters, and island seating for casual morning coffee.



Bed Layout:



· Primary Bedroom: King bed



· 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed



Family Suite:



· 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed



· 4th Bedroom: Two bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top)

- This is not pet friendly

- Pool heat is available from Oct to April for $35 per day + taxes

- Boat dock is available (Lift is not available)



Guest Access:

We will provide the guest with a code to access the unit.

Perfectly positioned on Florida's Gulf Coast, you're just minutes from sugar-sand beaches, waterfront dining, shops, and all the laid-back charm the area is known for — and just a quick 10-minute walk to the nearest beach access! Spend your days on the water and your evenings exploring everything the coast has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.



Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
