This coastal style newly upgraded and thoughtfully furnished 1700 sq ft indoor and about 700sq ft covered pool outdoor home with a lush tropical garden features:
- open concept kitchen with the chef's counter dining and the living room area with 65" smart TV
-second living room with the fireplace and pull out queen sofa bed
-bedroom 1 with king size bed, private master bathroom, walk-in closet and smart TV
- bedroom 2 with queen size bed, work space area and smart TV
- bedroom 3 with 2 single pull out beds (4 single sleepers total)
- bathrooms are equipped with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and hair dryer
- beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella, beach cooler) are provided
- pack and play crib, baby monitor, high chair are provided
- foosball table, board games and two adult beach cruisers are provided for your enjoyment
- lanai covered oversized heated pool with outdoor dining set, Weber grill and sunbathing chairs.

*House Rules*
- The pool/hot tub professional cleaning service comes every Monday. Please wait for at least one hour after the pool/hot tub were cleaned to use it.
- Trash pickup occurs every Monday/Thursday. Kindly set the trash can on the sidewalk early in the morning on the day of the pick up or the night before the pick up.
- The lawn is mowed by the professional company on Fridays.
- Safety outdoor cameras (front and back) are set for guests' convenience and safety. Tampering is not allowed and will result in a $500 fine.
- This is a nonsmoking home. Indoor smoking is not permitted and will result in $500 fine.
- The house is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Please adhere to quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.
- Absolutely no parties or events with anyone other than guests.
- Dogs up to 15lbs are allowed upon approval and will require the additional fee. Please contact us for further information.
- Our tropical garden is overlooking a small pond. As much as it's tempting, please do not trespass the fenced area.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
- Please do not put anything other then the toilet paper in the toilets.
- Fireplace is for a display only. Please do not use it.
- Usage of candles is not allowed at the property. Instead, we provided flameless, battery-operated candles for your enjoyment.
- Garage is designated game room for your enjoyment. Please park in the driveway.
- Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and other beach necessities are stored in the garage. Please feel free to use them and make sure to store them back before leaving the property.
- Two adult beach cruisers are provided for your enjoyment. Please store them back in the garage.
- Check in time is 4pm. Check out is at 11am. Please contact us if arriving earlier. We might be able to accommodate you.
- Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement Use of Premises will be sent with the booking confirmation and is an implied signed agreement when the property is booked as a reservation.
