Er is geen gebrek aan verbazingwekkende dingen om thuis te doen, maar als je dicht bij de St. wilt zijn Pete Beach, je bent slechts 2. 5 mijl afstand en 6. 5 mijl naar het centrum van St. Pete waar het nachtleven volop aanwezig is. Bezoek de beste restaurants, musea, theater, varen en stranden in deze paradijselijke gemeenschap in Florida. Naast de bekroonde witte zandstranden biedt deze beroemde bestemming in Florida mogelijkheden om vertrouwd te raken met de Golf van Mexico, er zijn veel vis- en boottochten beschikbaar.

Alle badkamers zijn voorzien van handdoeken, washandjes en toiletartikelen. Eethoek met stoelen voor 10 aan tafel plus 3 extra bij de ontbijtbar. Gastronomische keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten, kwarts tellers en volledig gevuld met kookgerei en bestek, blender, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, elektrische bakplaat, potten en pannen, glaswerk, vaatwasser, oven en magnetron. Wasruimte: wasmachine, droger en wastafel. Grote afgeschermde veranda met eettafel voor 6 plus A-frame houten picknicktafel met parasol om buiten te eten. Buitengrill met bbq-tent. Vuurplaats voor 6 personen, perfect om te ontspannen en te genieten van de tijd van het gezin. Ronde oprijlaan die plaats biedt aan maximaal 3 auto's plus een carport. Genoeg spellen om met het hele gezin van te genieten, zoals: pooltafel, tafelvoetbal, luxe poker, dominostenentafel, cornhole set, bordspellen en meer. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

Onze buurt is veilig en vriendelijk. Gemakkelijk lopen naar het winkelcentrum met een CVS, Walmart, supermarkten, restaurants en nog veel meer.

U kunt in 35 minuten rijden naar Winter and Hope - de sterren van Dolphin Tale en Dolphin Tale 2 in Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

St. Petersburg / Clearwater International Airport en Tampa International Airport zijn even handig - slechts 20-30 minuten rijden. Tampa Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo en Florida Aquarium liggen op slechts 45 minuten rijden. Gemakkelijk 90 minuten rijden naar Disney World, MGM Studios, themaparken Universal Studio.

Convenient location

House and amenities were very nice. The location was conveniently located near the beach, and downtown. And not far from Tampa Bay either. It is right on the main road so noise from cars was common (only reason for 4 star on location.

Central vacation home away from home

The property is cose to everything you need. Within walking distance of groceries, plenty of delivery options and close to the bus route. Everything was clean. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The host was very responsive to communication. The only negative was the hair dryers did not work, but we bought one and left it at the property and infirmed the host. Overall a great place to stay!Theoonly negative was

My family and I (7 in total) used this home recently. We were in town to see my daughter sing with St Petersburg Opera. We found the home easily but upon arriving found it was on a very busy main thoroughfare. The driveway was a half circle which was good, but pulling out onto the street was a bit precarious. The only other issue was the A/C, which worked fine and kept us all cool but was very loud inside, with a constant loud drip whenever it was running. Otherwise we were very happy with this home. We enjoyed the screened lanai and the easy proximity to all we chose to do. I would recommend this home.

Great place for a family Christmas

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with two brothers who live in Gulfport. There was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 1 infant who were staying there, as well as the brothers who live there to hang out and spend time together. The table was even big enough for all of us to eat together! Plenty of supplies - dishes, silverware, cooking needs, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap, etc. The house is on a busy road, but it was easy to get into and out of due to the stoplight just up the road. Hanging out in the backyard, you don’t even notice any street noise. Diana was very responsive to answer any questions we had. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beach wedding weekend

The house was as stated and my family and I had an enjoyable weekend at this house. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and it is close to everything we wanted to see or go too. I have to say that the owner was extremely quick to respond to any and all inquiries that I had. I definitively will consider renting this same house the next time I plan a few days on Treasure Island or any of the island communities.

Good Beach House

We enjoyed our stay, the host was very responsive and helped with whatever we needed. The only downside was the lock on the door, dishwasher and coffee maker were hard to operate. House had some wear and tear but standard for a beach house. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was very well stocked. Would recommend!

Amazing family vacation!

At the last minute, a group of us decided to visit St Pete for the first time, and even before booking, Laura was extremely responsive and polite. We had zero issues checking in, and even when we forgot an item she assured me she'd check with the cleaning staff. The kitchen is large and was truly the center of the home and was fully stocked. The house itself is on a busy road but that wasn't really a problem for us since it was near all of the stores and a quick 5 min drive to the beach. Overall this house had everything we needed for a great stay. Thanks again!

Disappointed that the rooms that weren’t on central air, weren’t cooled down. That should be done by the host, not the renter!! The 3rd bathroom has no air 😤😤 So you sweat to go to bathroom!!

I would have liked to have known the master bedroom was upstairs, and that the house was on a main road, which was noisy. My elderly parents were unable to join us last minute, but they would not have been able to handle the stairs and would not have been comfortable sharing a bathroom with us. Other than that, the house was very clean and well stocked.

Nice Family Stay!

Our family of 8 adults was together for 4 nights. We did a lot of meal prep and appreciates the well-stocked kitchen and large dining table. We also used the grill and fire pit on the patio. The location was convenient, but the road is very busy and a bit loud. Our host, Diana, was very responsive to an needs and even allowed us to check in an hour early! Thank you.

This is a great place to have a large group. Very clean, inviting place, each room had a tv with smart/streaming device. Two fridges and very well laid out. Games on the patio and one of the more stocked/provided vrbo’s we’ve been too. We will definitely be back. Super close to stores and quiet even though you’re on the main road.

A relaxing vacation

This property was very clean, bright and airy, and fit the needs of a family vacation consisting of grandparents, son and his spouse, and three children ranging in age from 6 to 23. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal, which was very handy. The beds were good. There were adequate towels. The screen porch was very nice, and the foosball and pool table was enjoyed by all. Having games available was also great.

Great House!!

We enjoyed our stay very much, particularly the outdoor fireplace to gather and talk. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are quite comfortable. With just a couple of safety issues, which will be addressed by the owner regarding the stairs, it will be the perfect place to vacation.l
