This home features 8 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, 5 of which have their own Roku TV for added comfort and entertainment. Two of the bedrooms have king beds for spacious, restful sleep. Four bedrooms have cozy queen beds and the remaining two have single twin beds.

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. We emphasize the importance of maintaining a respectful atmosphere for both our guests and neighbors.

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited at the property.
• Guests have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and bathrooms.
• All amenities are either inside the home or located in the private, fully-fenced backyard, including the pool, hot tub, sauna, pickleball court, bocce ball, outdoor gym, kids playground, and outdoor lounge.
• For the safety and privacy of our neighbors, guests are not permitted to trespass onto neighboring properties.
