Waterfront Home 3 Blocks to the Beach!

Beautiful large (2300 sqft) 3 bedroom 3 bath home located on the intercoastal in a quiet residential neighborhood and only 3 blocks from Indian Rocks Beach! Enjoy the intercoastal from your backyard, whether it's fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding. At night, enjoy an outdoor dinner with a BBQ and smores around the firepit. Updated with modern furnishings and luxe amenities, this home will have you question staying at another five star hotel again.

The space

Access to boat slip included (up to 10,000 pounds) in weekly rental rate. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are also provided.

The outdoor space includes a gas and charcoal grill, as well as gas fire pit. Gas is provided for both items, however, charcoal for the grill can be provided if requested in advance of your stay.

Indoors, we seek to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and truly your home away from home. The kitchen is stocked with key spices, paper products, kitchen gadgets and appliances (blender, kitchen aid mixer, toaster, coffee maker), utensils (sharp knives!) and serving dishes to make dining at home as simple as possible.

There are three smart TVs on the property and the highest internet speed provided in the area, enabling you to comfortably work remote.

We did not spare any expense in furnishing this home with high end furniture and linens (Turkish towels and 600 thread count sheets) to meet the needs and expectations of a 5 star traveler.

While the space is inviting to dine-inside (on the custom made live edge dining table) or out, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Details on our favorites (tried and tested) as well as other recommended ‘to-dos’ will be provided prior to check in.

Perfect place

Excellent in every way. House is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is so well equipped with anything you would need to cook almost any meal. The beds are all very comfortable. Really can't say enough about the house! The neighborhood is nice and everyone is friendly. Dora checked with us several times to make sure everything was okay Highly recommend!!

Good location on the water

The home's interior is updated more than the pictures portray. There are some very minor oddities such as - no access to the garage from the interior of the home. The home is great if you are iintetsted in its location on the water.... good fishing and fantastic sunrise views. Short walk to the beach for sunsets.

WOW! What a treat!

It was a great property. Very clean and well appointed with everything you could need. It's pretty private too with tropical landscaping including banana trees:-). Located on a cul-de-sac making it quiet with very little traffic. Walking distance to the beach and some cool shops. There are lots of toys in the garage and a fire pit out back. The owner even left the makings for s'mores. The few very minor issues we did have drew quick responses from the owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, exquisite, quiet, comfortable vacation home!

This house is absolutely exquisite! We have 4 small children (5 and under) and the bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. It is decorated so beautifully with minimal amount of breakable decor (which is a bonus with kids!). The beds are cozy and comfortable as well as the couches. There is a little office built in the master hallway closet (if you need a closet, there is a huge, walk-in) with a provided monitor, keyboard and mouse which made working from home easy (as my husband did during the week with not one issue). The house was incredibly clean!! The beach is about a 10min walk (at least with four little ones) - a breeze with the provided beach wagon. She has all the beach equipment you would need - umbrellas, canopy, boogie boards, towels, sand toys, etc. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use off of the dock. We spent most of our time out back (which was so, so quiet and peaceful) searching for geckos and relaxing on the dock that overlooks the water. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sting rays and dolphins off of the dock, in addition to the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The owner is very quick to respond and has honestly thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and at home during your stay. We will definitely be staying here again! About the area: IRB is a wonderful beach and not overcrowded! We picked up dinner to eat on the back patio from Beach Waves Grill (twice) and Slyce pizza - both were awesome! Kooky Coconut (walking distance and next to the beach) has great sandwiches and ice cream! We went out to dinner at Guppy’s (delicious) and Crabby Bills (not good at all and bad service). Such a cute beach town - very quiet and relaxing.

Awesome Clean Perfect Location

Amazing property, everything you need to enjoy your vacation on the intercostal waterway (I loved the kayaks) and close walk to beach. They even have beach wagon and accessories. Home is beautifully decorated, beds are so comfortable, house is so clean. Great towels, the master bath is to die for! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need, even spices, oils etc. We will defintely be coming back. Owners were only a phone call away with couple of questions we had, so responsive. Great Neighborhood! I wish I never had to leave.

Indian Rocks Gem

The home met all our needs as a family. It was clean, updated and peaceful. The place is as beautifully appointed as billed. They seem to have thought of everything and the welcome supplies for s’mores was a hit with our kids. The location is a very short walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants. Working with the host was seamless and she was very responsive. Would recommend highly.

Indian rock beach gem

My wife and I enjoyed a month long stay at this beautiful, very clean home on the intercostal in Indian Rocks Beach. Beautiful high end furniture and the whole kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. The location is a perfect 8-10 minute walk to the beach ( just far enough away from all the traffic). Our host Dora was as efficient as you can be, always answering our texts/calls in under one minute. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely rent this home again. First class all the way.

High-End Luxury Rental on Water and Steps to the Beach

Perfect rental in Indian Rocks on the water and within a 10min walk of the beach. Close enough to comfortably enjoy the beach, while also being away from the stress of the dated beachside condos and tourists. House is professionally decorated with a mid-century modern, yet transitional feel, that results in a full luxury experience. Kitchen is fully stocked to allow for very comfortable, or elevated cooking. Backyard works perfectly for dinner, smores around fire place and light fishing. Visited this property with wife, 15mo old to be near family in the area. This rental is a perfect option if you are looking for a luxury beach trip and prefer the amenities / size / backyard of a house, over a condo.
