Ocean Breeze - Gezellig huisje dat dicht bij het strand en John's Pass ligt!

  • U zult genieten van Ocean Breeze Cottage! Het huisje heeft een "oude stijl Key West charme" en is gelegen in een rustige omgeving, maar ligt dicht bij alles wat u nodig heeft. Het is een korte wandeling naar de prachtige witte zandstranden van de Golfkust en naar het wereldberoemde John's Pass Village, waar u een overvloed aan winkels en restaurants, veel wateractiviteiten en toegang tot een boothelling vindt. Het huisje is perfect voor die ene familievakantie of twee koppels. Seabreeze Cottage ligt in een rustige straat en is zeer veilig voor kinderen om te spelen op de binnenplaats. Het huisje is gevuld met voorzieningen om uw vakantie een aangenaam verblijf te maken en bevat ook WiFi internet, wasmachine en droger, buitendouche, AC en warmte en een parkeerplaats voor twee auto's.

    De omheinde binnenplaats ligt in een tropisch aangelegde omgeving en is bekleed met Augusta-stenen. Hun is een grill om een lekkere maaltijd te koken en veel zitplaatsen om gewoon te ontspannen.

    Er is een extra strandhuis met 1 slaapkamer / 1 badkamer (Baybreeze) dat perfect is voor een klein gezin (2-3 personen) dat zich aan de achterkant van het pand bevindt en dat ook te huur is voor diegenen die op vakantie willen met een ander familie en wil ze graag in de buurt hebben (afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid).     Handig vervoer is beschikbaar op de strandtrolley die over de stranden van de hele stad loopt. De trolleystop bevindt zich dicht bij het huisje.
    Het huisje is perfect voor wekelijkse verhuur (zaterdag tot zaterdag) maar is ook beschikbaar voor langere termijn huurders.
    Bicentennial Park is binnen een mijl en geweldig om de hond uit te laten.
    Roken is NIET toegestaan BINNEN het huisje.
    Moet minimaal 25 jaar oud zijn en moet gast zijn om het huisje te boeken.
    Kleine honden zijn toegestaan en een extra niet-restitueerbare huisdierentoeslag van $ 150 is van toepassing. Alle gasten zijn verplicht om hun honden binnen en buiten het pand schoon te maken.
    Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen in uw vakantieverblijf.

Great Walkable Location

Very clean, lots of useful beach gear for kids and adults plus a big wagon to carry it. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation bungalow

Lovely home to spend spring break at. Close to beach and John’s Pass which was a bonus. John keeps the property in great condition.

Great Summer place at the beach

I highly recommend this cute cottage if you're looking for a place to stay close to the beach. It's clean and has everything you need for a beach vacation. Just a short walk across the street to Madiera beach. My husband and I plan on another vacation here again!

Quaint Perfect Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location is perfect - right across from the beautiful Madeira Beach which is one of the best beach areas near Clearwater. Also, within walking distance to John's Pass which has a number of cute shops and good restaurants. The place was cozy, comfortable with a back yard that is great for relaxing and enjoying the shade while reading a good book or napping. We would definitely go back.

Exceeded Expectations

My daughter and I loved this beautiful, comfy beach cottage for our Mom/Daughter get away. All the comforts of home but at the beach! Great location, easy access to the beach, John's Pass and other local attractions. The owner, John, is great communicator and fabulous person! You will not be disappointed in choosing this property for your vacation. Looking forward to renting again!

Awesome location

Awesome, perfect location. 2 min walk to the beach, the house had a good selection of beach equipment also. 10 min walk to Johns Pass. The house is on the small side, was OK for 2 adults and 2 kids. Owners were quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. Would definitely visit again just for the location.

Loved this little cottage!

We had a fabulous time visiting Madeira beach and staying at the Cozy Cottage! The house was stocked with all we could need and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. Easy, short walk to the beautiful beach and short walk to John's Pass too! The owner was so helpful when I had a question about the TV. Cottage was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location and home away from home

Loved the location and access to all the beach gear was greatly appreciated. Comfy beds. Clean house. There was toilet paper left by previous guest otherwise that would be the only negative of this rental.

Charming little cottage, great location

Short walk to John's Pass. Nice little fenced in yard for the dog. Very comfortable place to stay. The host was very gracious and easy to deal with. (Please note that the local beaches are not dog friendly, but many bars and restaurants in the area are dog friendly. The nearest dog beach is De Soto Park).

Lovely Get-away!

Looking forward to our next trip to Madeira Beach. We will definitely be coming back to this cottage. It had everything we needed and much more. The beds were very comfortable as was the entire cottage. We stayed in Cottage #1. With Cottage #2 being so close it’s the perfect setup for family vacations with multiple families. Now to try and coordinate three families and their vacations! Loved every minute of it.

Cozy Cottage

This cottage was perfect for me and my 2 teenage kids. The shed with the beach equipment made our beach days so easy and convenient! We did make a Walmart stop for some goggles and a few extras to leave for the next guests! Thank you so much for an easy hassle free stay, it could not have gone smoother! Will definitely be checking this out again on our next Florida vacation!

Great location, dog friendly

It’s always super important to us that our dogs are able to vacation with us. Usually this means a less desirable location or less clean place. This house is a in a great location and clean. This was our first time at the big house as last time we stayed at the little house. Both times were great!

Loved The Cottage & Location

Adorable cottage easy walking distance to beach and many other amenities. Clean, comfortable, quite, safe and had everything available. Beds were very comfortable and back yard was nice size for our dogs. The pictures posted of exterior are not current as neither the front or the back yards are as tree filled or green spaced as shown, but still worked just fine for us. We never left our dogs alone in rear yard as the gates were not secure enough, just to let others know. We loved staying here and will absolutely come again!!!

Cute cottage

This cottage is so cute - it has a vintage feel. It’s not very big but it had everything we needed. I wouldn’t recommend it for more that 4 people. Everything you could want for the beach was provided; umbrellas, coolers, chairs, floaters and wagons to cart it all to the beach. The location is fantastic! A short two block walk to the beach. Cute neighborhood. The only minor complaint is that it smelled a bit like smoke, especially the beach towels for some reason. I will definitely book again if I return to Madiera Beach!.

Loved it

It was a very nice little cottage and a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance To the beach and I mean, super close. The cottage, could Use a little updating but everything is there and it is nicely Labeled so you are able to find everything. John was awesome. We had an issue with my husband's dialysis machine. And he was very understanding and allowed us to check out a little late. We will be going back again. Oh, and no bugs! I did not have to worry about insect repellent at all. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer or bought the property LOL that's how much i loved it!

Christmas at the beach

We loved this place overall. Cute, spacious and centrally located. The bungalow could use some updating with kitchen supplies and newer furniture, but the beds were comfy. We were sorry that the weather didn’t allow us to avail of all the fun beach equipment supplied in the shed. Plenty of parking and the addition of the optional 1 bedroom bungalow add on made it perfect for our family.

1st retirement trip/remote work

Location, location, location. 2 blocks from the front door to the waters edge. 1 block off main drag (loud) and 1st St. is quiet. Love older, unique cottages and this one fit the bill. Picked the larger cottage because Lori worked part of the trip and it gave us plenty of room for everything. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The back patio, beach items, and the W/D were nice to have. Easy area to walk with plenty of eating, bars, and shopping within 1 mile. Lisa’s for brunch, Sweet Brewnet for coffee, & Dockside Dave’s for grouper. John was quick to respond before traveling, check in was simple, and we had no worries during our week stay. Would love to come back again. Beach was quiet, 1st St. was quiet, and John’s cottage was just right. Only problem was having to go back home to cold and snow.
