Op het strand .... stap van het dek af op het zand! Wijd open uitzicht op het prachtige water en het strand. Slaap met het geluid van de branding! Ons huis slaapt 10 met 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers! Absoluut de perfecte woning voor een vakantie, intieme bruiloft of familiebijeenkomst op het strand! Dit klassieke strandhuis heeft 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Twee aangrenzende efficiency-appartementen open voor de rest van het huis en slapen 4 extra gasten (tarief gebaseerd op 3, 4 of 5 slaapkamers - $ 2.350, $ 2.850, $ 3150 + belasting, schoonmaak en borg). WIJ VERHUREN ZATERDAG TOT ZATERDAG UITZONDERLIJK VOOR DANKZEGGING, KERSTMIS, NIEUWJAARS OF LAATSTE-MINUTEN BOEKINGEN. U zult genieten van de open plattegrond en zeer comfortabele sfeer en meubels. Bekijk geweldige zonsondergangen vanaf twee extra grote dekken, geniet van het prachtige strand of ontspan gewoon in de hangmat. Gunstig gelegen om te dineren, John's Pass Village om te winkelen, boot- en jetski-verhuur, vis- en gokcruises. Busch Gardens, het Florida Aquarium, musea en nog veel meer liggen op 30 minuten rijden. Zelfs Disney World is iets meer dan een uur rijden. De Beach Trolley stopt regelmatig recht voor de deur.

Perfect fit for our family!

This house provided everything we could have asked for. Excellent location right on the beach, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and super comfortable. I was really worried about the location but Susan assured us it would be fine and it was. Close to restaurants, but really the best part was walking out the door and being on beautiful St. Pete Beach. We hope to stay again next year!

Family Beach Getaway

We loved the house and the location! We had lots of space to spread out with the 5 bedrooms. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We cooked meals in the kitchen everyday and it was stocked well with all the necessities. Susan was very kind and responded quickly to any questions. She had beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas available to use. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off. We would come back again! Thanks for sharing your home with us! Amy

Beautiful location right on the beach. House was very clean and lots of room for the family with beautiful views of the ocean. The two outdoor decks were a bonus space to spend time with the family. Host was very responsive to all our requests.

Beach Living

There were 10 of us on a family reunion. There was plenty of room for all with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Open living/dining/kitchen area. There was an upper & lower deck outside. Spent a lot of time on the lower deck which had a picnic table & lots of sitting space around a permanent counter. There was room for outdoor games next to the lower deck. Great views from the upper deck but no table up there. Still nice to view sunsets & gulf. Its about 2 minutes to the beach. Very nice spot as it was relatively distant 'from the public beach access points. Had lots of room for us to spread out. The unit is on a busy street but on the beachside of the house the traffic noise wqs negligible. The 2 bedrooms on the street could be noisy at night. There wasn't a dishwasher but there is a great laundry room. Susan was great with communication & checking in & out was painless.

Amazing beach cotrage

This is the cutest little beach cottage. It easily sleeps 10 and had 4 bathrooms!! All one level and steps away from the beach! The property location is ideal. Communication with the property manager was easy and she quick to respond. We had the best time here and will definitely be booking it again in the future!

Christmas Beach vacation

Great location, very close to the beach. Close to Publix. House is not new but very comfortable and kept up. Five bedrooms were perfect for our six family members, but it would sleep 10. Very nice outdoor covered seating area where you can eat all your meals.

Had a great trip in TI. The home was big enough for our group of 7 and you have everything you need for a beach vacation. You are a 2-3 minute walk to your beach spot for the day, a quick walk back if needed. The home is located minutes from a grocery store and plenty of restaurants depending on your preference and a short drive to some larger cities if desired.

Excellent House Right On The Beach

This house was excellent for our group. You walk around the back to check in and the size of the porch facing the ocean just blows you away. The house worked perfectly for our group. The privacy of the two efficiency apartment as well as the four bathrooms worked perfectly as we had eight people with us, two of which weren't family and were able to stay in one of the apartments to have a little privacy. The only downside is to enter the apartments you need to walk through one of the bedrooms on each side of the house. If you're comfortable with who you are staying with it's not a big deal at all. The kitchen was well furnished. My only recommendation would be to provide an air fryer for quick meals. Thanks for letting us stay. It's a beautiful, well maintained property.

Family Vacation 2023

Great location! The house has enough space for our family with adult children. However, you do need to walk thru a bedroom to get to the apartment bedroom. One on each side of the house. Your other option would be to go out the apartment door, street side, and walk up the side of the house to the main door, beach side. It was great having 4 full bathrooms!
