Property is okay for a quick stay. It’s more like an airbnb than a hotel. There is definitely a disruption/lack in communication between the agent you can message or call and their staff. I had arrived in the evening and there were some odd stains on the linens, but no staff on site to get new ones. Online agent did inform me housekeeping would be by at 11 the next morning and would change them. The next morning I was woken up by people knocking at my door at 9:30 am, un announced and in no type of uniform to identify themselves as housekeeping there to change my linens, which was really alarming as a solo traveler to have a man and a bunch of women at my door. Then another man came in my room and said he was there to fix my ac unit (that was leaking) and proceeded haul tools and parts into the room and use the towels provided to clean up the leaking water from the ac. The agent did message me a couple hours later to ask if someone can access my room later today to fix my ac. I asked for clean towels but never got them. Overall it was okay, room was clean for the most part. But I have stayed in airbnbs where hosts were way more attentive. And as a hotel I don’t think I would book again though.
