Create memories with your loved ones or new friends in this Huge Backyard two-bedroom, two-bath pool house. Relax and have your memories start in this mid-century contemporary home. The house is a one-level home, there are no steps inside the house. There is one step at the entrance to the house`s main door and garage door going to the laundry/second bathroom. The best of all is HUGE BACKYARD FULLY FENCED with Pool. The house is pet friendly.

*BEDROOMS*
One bedroom-kings size bed with 40in TV, two nights stands with two lamps, full closet.
Second bedroom two queen size beds with 30in TV, full closet, nightstand with lamps,

*LIVING ROOM*
The living room has a 60 in TV a pull-out Queen sofa bed coffee table and 2chairs.

*BATHROOMS*
Two full baths, one is in between bedrooms, and the second is in the garage.

*KITCHEN*
Full kitchen with large dining table. Drip coffee maker machine, toaster microwave, plenty of space to sit down and have coffee and family dinner.

*Laundry area*
Is in the garage, dryer and washer, beach chairs cooler, and floaties.

* Garage*
One car garage, the driveway is long for an additional 2 cars, and there is plenty on street parking.

We have a pack-and-play, a highchair, a baby tub, and toddler step up stool. We do have swim vests for children age 6 months and 5-6 years old.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and regular towels.

* OUTDOOR AREA*
Big outdoor space for seating, and plenty of space to sit down and relax. There is a dining table with six chairs/umbrella as well as four lounge chairs. The pool is NOT heated.

Grill
Three chairs to relax by the fire pit.
POOL is 20 feet long and 8 feet wide. Pool Deepthi is 5 feet.
The whole backyard is fully fenced.

Parking
1 parking in the garage and the driveway can fit 2 cars. Plenty on street parking.

-Please note there is a pet fee per stay.
-We do have a boat for rent and please ask for availability. The boat ramp is located only 2 min away from the house.

House is all yours.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood but is close to the main road leading to Madeira Beach- Clearwater beach. It is a quiet residential neighborhood to return to after a day of beaching, shopping, or sightseeing. Madeira Beach is a very popular tourist location. It has been ranked number one in the US as a Beach for many years. Tourists like to walk around and sightsee there is a large playground for children, a large selection of restaurants and a few souvenir shops. There is also an area where you can charter a boating excursion for fishing, dolphin, watching and pirate cruises. All of these things are located, fairly close to each other within walking distance, and so many tourist like to just park and walk around usually the younger crowd likes to go and check out the guys or check out the girls And it is a very busy beach location

I recommend renting a car or bringing your own car if you are close enough to drive here. There is a lot to see in the surrounding area that may be easiest if you have your own transportation. This home is also a distance from public transportation. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for three cars easily.

1. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.

2. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Wednesday morning.
If your stay falls on one of these days, please place the bin at the curb on the previous evening.

3. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.

4. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

5. Our housekeeping will come at 10:00 am. Please depart the home on time. If you have a super early takeoff, please let us know.

You can visit many different beaches from here. Madeira Beach, St. Pete Beach, and up north to Clearwater Beach. Also, there is a beautiful beach located in Ana Maria.
