Private Solar heated salt water Pool- Minutes from everything in St. Pete!

Relax in an oasis with a private Solar Heated saltwater pool. It is nice on the skin and your bathing suit will thank you. The pool is NOW solar heated! There is a 6 FT. privacy fence, keeping children and pets safe. The outside is resort style with comfy seating. The house is spacious and designed to have all the doors/windows open to enjoy roaming to and from the kitchen to the pool. The open floor plan makes it easy to keep an eye on the children and to work remote. This is my home and I share many of the things you would expect to find if you were visiting your favorite relative. Dogs and children are welcome. Most events are less than 12 miles away. Maderia Beach Access 3.9 miles, St Pete Beach Access 5.3 miles and more! There is a park, down the street, that offers 1 mile walking with numerous Oak tress. It is dog friendly. No unregistered guests. No loud parties. No smoking. I am an RN with a zero-infection rate, in the Operating Room. Hypo allergenic environment- Laminate flooring- NO RUGS. No Curtains. Mattresses and pillows are fully zippered for everyone's protection. The house is opened and aired between visitors. Sleeps up to 8. There are 2 queen beds. Back bedroom has a Sealy Posturepedic adjustable bed with it's own AC. The other is a memory foam pull out sofa, located in the living room. Master has a king bed and a Chair/ottoman that pulls out to a twin bed. There is an automatic blow-up Queen size King Coil bed. I used it for weeks when I moved in, it is comfortable. The house is central air/heat, and the back bedroom has its own A/C unit for individual preference! The kitchen contains the utensil's you need for cooking or baking. I share the little extras you need to make that happen. Plasticware for children. A step stool for the bathroom sink. A small grill in the back yard, waiting for hotdogs and steaks. Rain or shine the fun is planned, there are several indoor games and DVD's for all ages. I have extras like beach towels and bags. Therefore, less to pack! Florida is waiting for YOU!
