Excellent stay

Relaxing gulf front experience
Awesome location, close to several restaurants, great bakery and more. We walked almost everywhere except a quick trip to Jonh’s Pass. Relaxing beach and beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

Great location
You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to everything. Great for two people. Beautiful view of ocean but we had to clean windows. (Very dirty) just an older condo had a sink problem but maintenance over quickly and not a big issue. Overall great stay

We love this place......
This isn't our first stay in this unit. Overall, we love it but there were a few things [currently] that could use attention. Pros: Location View Cleanliness Bed Comfort Household Supplies Cons: Lg. tear in screen No adult beach chairs Broken outdoor chairs Broken "handles" on blinds Despite the items in the "Cons" list, we would recommend this stay as we think those items will be addressed and improved upon for future guests.

Demolition Next Door Needed Disclosure!!
Spent the week listening to an excavator (and semi-trucks) from 7 am until 4 pm Immediately next door to our complex. Listening to the constant noise of several buildings beIng knocked down in addition to the actual shaking of our building were part of our wonderful vacation( this is sarcasm, folks!). There should have been some disclosure about this from the property managers. We would have found a different place!!!!

Thank you for your review and sorry about the noise from construction. We were not informed from the crew when they would be demolishing the building next door (construction had been on hold), but the demo is now complete.

Condo was great except for one thing. The air conditioning unit is located somewhere over or close to the bedroom. The exceptionally loud rhythmic roar makes it difficult to sleep. Everything else about the condo is great

A quaint little spot on the beach
This unit is small but perfect for what I needed I like to be honest it needed better care when it comes to cleanliness the windows were dirty and the pull out topper cover on sofa bed was dirty I had to take it off and put my own on it could use a better cleaning service And maintaince couldn’t get to my sink faucet in kitchen fell off a few times But all around I loved it here and so I cleaned the windows my self and googled how to fix the faucet I have to be honest I did love it there tho and would go back

Great place.
Everything was great except the sofa bed was terrible. We felt every spring and frame bar. And it was a big taco. We pretty much slept on top of each other. But we let the manager know and they brought in a queen size air mattress that we used on the floor. Not the best sleep, but everything else was great. Guess I'll sleep when I get home.

Beware
Renters should be aware that this property is very old, and in a general state of disrepair. Very dirty, mold on the shower curtain, no tub, hair and personal items left in vanity drawers, coffee pot so filthy we had to buy a new one. Entry to the unit is in the bedroom. Bed is in corner, making it very difficult for exit from the bed for the person in the corner. I asked for a refund due to the condition of the property and was immediately refused. View from the balcony was great, and that was the only positive.

Thank you for your review. The pictures show the position of the bed and the property description states that the entry to the condo is through the bedroom and that there is a shower only (and a picture in the gallery to show this as well), so none of those should have come as a surprise. We were disappointed, however, to hear about the few items mentioned regarding cleaning, but we also offered to send the cleaners back to remedy the situation but that offer was refused.

The bed is set up in the bedroom as it is shown in the photo gallery, the curtain rod is tight and secure, there are no handrails in the shower, and it is not advertised as having them so not misleading. Also, the property description states that the unit is accessible only by stairs and that there is no laundry on site. We have never had any issues with the AC but will look into it and also ask our cleaner to give the oven a good scrubbing.

Million Dollar View
It a small, cute unit with a spectacular view of the Gulf with direct access to a beautiful beach and you can be entertained for hours watching the wildlife in the water as well as on the beach from the deck. You can walk to the best restaurants in Indian Rock Beach as well as multiple nature preserves. Wonderful bakery across the street. Wonderful museums, parks and galleries only a short drive away. The area has an energetic vibe. Improvements for this rental property would be higher end beach chairs and a bigger bed which was comfortable but too small. All in all, a great place that you will enjoy. Location, location, location!

VACATION STAY
Overvall, the property itself was great. It was clean and had all the amenities needed. The view was amazing. I only had an issue with the need for transportation to get to and from places. Even though the property was on a main travelfare, I did not find it convenient to get to stores, etc and had to Uber quite a bit. I would simply recommend to plan for rental car or some type of transportation.

This is a quieter, less "touristy" beach area, and while there is an abundance of public transportation options, we do recommend to guests who want to see or do more than the area has to offer (beach, a few bars and restaurants, some small shops) to rent a vehicle if they do not want to rely on Uber, Lyft, or the trolley.

Beautiful beach.
We came for beach time and it did not disappoint! The only suggestions I have are a bigger beach umbrella and a more sturdy beach chair for bigger people. But the condo was perfect for our mini vacation!

The condo was in a great location. We felt safe during our stay. The outside of the condo could use some cleaning. It could use pressure washing on the side where you walk to the beach. The stuff on the balcony was molded and needed a good cleaning. Had a great time and would return again.

Very Relaxing, Great View!
Private beach, nice deck to relax and watch the Gulf, plenty of restaurants in the area. Housekeeping could have done a better job: I found someone's blood pressure meds on the bedroom floor and hair pins next to the couch in the living room. Love this area of Florida.

Vacation 2021
Everything was great and place was clean and had a beautiful view. The only thing we didn’t know about was there was no DVD player but tons of dvds there. We had an elderly person with us that would have watched movies had we known to bring a player. Also no grill in this unit but other units had one. Overall it was a great week and I would definitely stay here again.

The beach was wonderful. We could not use the "shared" balcony until the last day. There was a loud group on the end that had very loud children. The balcony was not private at all. I would have really liked to know that there was no washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was very clean.

The full property description does state that there is not a washer or dryer in the unit, but there is a laundromat nearby.

As good as it gets
The condo is fantastic, from the view to the location, you can walk to some of the finest restaurants. Crabby's, Slyce, Jd,s just to name a few.. You can also take the trolly to wherever, and it is easy. We have stayed several times and would like the washer dryer combo in the closet if you would. We use the sofa bed it is large and comfortable. The condo was spotless. I had trouble with the key pad I just needed some experience using it I was the problem. Go slow and watch the green light, you have to let it go out before pressing the next number.The place is great I wish I could stay longer.

What a great location and great place. The property was super nice and it was really close to the beach. It was spectacular really to wake up and be that close to the ocean. We traveled with our 10 month old son so the condo wasn't really "baby proof" but we expected that and just kept an eye on him. We were able to do it but I would just recommend people to utilize this condo with younger, immobile babies or older kids. I think the lower units have hardwood floors, which are better for mobile babies. Other than that, it was perfect. The condo provided beach stuff which was super helpful. That way we didnt have to go out and buy it and then haul it back on the plane and in the rental car. The condo was also supplied with enough stuff (tp, garbage bags, paper towels, etc) to last the 5 days we were there. They had all the kitchen utilities that we could need. Overall, this place was awesome and totally worth it. We enjoyed our stay 1000% Thank you so much!

You can't get much closer to the beach
Steps from the beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and ice cream. Great sunset views from your balcony. Traffic can be a little heavy. Beach was more crowded than we were used to. A few more bath towels would have been nice as there are no laundry facilities on site. If you're looking for a place to beach, eat, sleep, repeat, this is your spot.

Thank you for your review. The week of your stay is a prime spring break week and even the laid back, less "touristy" Indian Rocks Beach gets a little crowded at this time of year. In the future, if you are in need of additional towels or linens, especially since there is not a washer and dryer in the unit, please let us know! We are just a phone call away!

This was our first snowbird trip from Michigan and decided one week wasn't long enough. Next year it will be two weeks. There is nothing fancy about this unit but plenty adequate as we spent almost all our time outside. The location is great, we recommend Crabby Bills across the road, Grouper has become my new favorite fish, try their blackened Grouper. Plenty of other places to eat that are a short drive away. On the way in we stopped at Publics, where shopping is a pleasure, for groceries. The beach is wonderful and we would walk miles every morning stopping to chat with all the different fisherman. Apparently, wild-caught shrimp is the bait of choice for blacktip sharks. Apparently, they can tell the difference between farm-raised and wild shrimp. I could go on about our stay at Indian Rocks Beach, I hope you get the picture of how wonderful an area it is. Again the unit was fine, but not fancy. Not everything was in perfect order, but we never bothered the manager so I can't tell you how well they respond. If you are a Marriot kind of person go to Clear Water, and enjoy the crowds. If you want to take long walks and spend time on the beach you have found the right place.
