The home was good for a family. The spaces were large enough. The pool was nice. Some of the pool chairs needed to be replaced. The landscaping needed to be weeded and taken care of better. The 2 side yards were nice for the kids to play in. The game room is nice to have but there were no pool cues on the the end of the sticks. The thing most concerning is the false advertising. It shows 2 Queen beds in 2 of the rooms. There is only one Queen bed in two of the rooms. We hope they change that on the site if they haven’t already! So we had one person on the couch and one on blow up mattress which was not ideal. The grill was not that great and there was a blood stain on one of the sheets. We did have a good time in Clearwater and highly recommend that beach.

Contacting the host was fairly easy but getting help on the below issues was not easy. First: We reserved this house because it had enough beds per number of people ratio, then we get there and one of the rooms was altered and only had one bed instead of two. Very disappointing. Second: the WIFI information that was email/texted to me for check-in was not correct and also WIFI information posted in the house was yet another code and was also not correct. We had to call the host to try and figure out what was going on. Thirdly: the check in and checkout information sent to me via email/text was different than what was posted in the house.We enjoyed the inside size of the house with the exception of them taking down one bed. It was clean and a great size for all of us.The outdoor area was good but chairs and other items were disorganized when we arrived. Pool was adequate but the vacuum was left in the pool for us to deal with.Convenient location to shopping and beaches.

Absolutely loved the property, we had 10 girls and there was plenty of room to accommodate everyone, the property was very clean with plenty amenities to cook and host. Perfect house for families!

My family gathered at this property for Thanksgiving, and it was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone with a large dining room table and relaxing space in the backyard (not to mention a great pool). The host was very accommodating and responded to my questions quickly. I would highly recommend it.
