Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom offers a king bed and an attached bathroom for privacy. A second bedroom provides a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two full beds. A queen pull‑out couch in the living room adds flexible sleeping space, bringing the total to four beds and comfortably sleeping seven guests.

A large, full kitchen gives you ample room to prepare meals at your own pace, with plenty of counter space and modern appliances. The adjacent indoor dining area is spacious enough for family meals or lingering over conversation, making it easy to gather and enjoy home‑cooked food together.

The property is pet‑friendly, and long‑term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter our South Pasadena getaway oasis. Parking can accommodate up to (3) small vehicles in the driveway parked back to back.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
The golf cart is a paid amenity and is available to reserve. It can be reserved for the entirety of the stay (two-day minimum). Or, if reserving for only part of your stay, it must be at the end of your stay (two-day minimum). The cost for this amenity is $80 per day.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
