Sunset Beach is a unique coastal community unlike any other. It is within walking distance to the beach and nearby attractions. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. Please be mindful of the neighbors, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM.

There’s 3 bedrooms total, all of which are located on the 3rd floor of the home. Bedroom #1 has a full sized bunk bed with a single trundle and private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 includes two queen sized beds, a flat screen TV, and access to the front balcony. Bedroom #3 can be used interchangeably as a home office or bedroom—it includes a queen size murphy bed, a flat screen TV, desk/workspace, and access to the front balcony. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and lots of counter space.

There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the house. The two full bathrooms are situated on the 3rd floor. One of these full baths is a private en-suite connected to bedroom #1, while the other is shared among the remaining two bedrooms. Additionally, there are two half baths. One is conveniently located on the ground floor, accessible from the backyard/pool area, and the other is tucked just off the living room on the 2nd floor, making it easily accessible when hosting gatherings.

We recommend renting a car or using Lyft/Uber to get around town. Driveway can accommodate 3 cars total. The beach is within walking distance (2 minute walk). Caddy's Treasure Island is a beachfront restaurant/bar serving seafood, burgers & other casual fare in a buzzy setup with live music & DJs. (12 minute walk)
