The open-concept living and dining area offers plenty of room to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy. The home has 2 full bathrooms and the following sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 1: 1 king bed and 1 single trundle bed.
• Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed with a queen-size bottom bunk and a single top bunk, plus 1 single trundle bed.
• Bedroom 4 (sunroom): 1 king-size sleeper sofa.
• Living room: 1 queen-size sleeper sofa.

Step outside to the screened-in lanai for a swim in the private pool, which ranges from 4 to 5 feet deep, or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy outdoor dining and a barbecue in the backyard, or settle in for a movie using the outdoor projector.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and its outdoor spaces and amenities, subject to the scheduled maintenance service noted below.

Pool Heating
Optional pool heating is available for:
• Stays shorter than 4 days: $150 per stay
• Stays longer than 5 days: $200 per stay
• Stays of exactly 4 or 5 days: Please contact the host for pricing.

Heating must be booked for the entire stay; partial-stay heating is not available. Water temperature depends on outdoor weather conditions. The pool does not reach hot-tub temperatures.

Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance
Pool and hot tub maintenance takes place every Monday. This mandatory service maintains proper water chemistry and sanitizes the pool area. Please allow service personnel access to these areas.

Propane
Two propane tanks are provided: one for the grill and one for the fire pit. Filled tanks are not included. Guests who wish to use these amenities are responsible for arranging propane.

Rental Agreement
After booking, you will receive a rental agreement covering cameras, safety, and house rules. You must sign it before receiving the door access code.

Parking
Use only the designated concrete parking area. Street and lawn parking are prohibited. If you need parking beyond the limit stated in the county notice below, please ask the host before arrival.

HOUSE RULES & HELPFUL INFORMATION

Pets & Pool Safety
Well-behaved pets are welcome, but pets are not allowed in the pool. Children and pets must never be left unattended in the screened-in pool area. Glass is prohibited in the pool area; plastic plates and cups are provided for outdoor use. Follow all posted pool and hot tub rules.

Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Do not prop doors open or allow unregistered guests into the home.

Care of the Home
Please treat the home and furnishings with care and do not rearrange furniture without permission. Report damage, breakages, or other issues to the host promptly. Inventory is checked before and after each stay, and guests are responsible for damage or missing items.

Kitchen & Cleanup
Cleaning supplies are available under the sink for spills and everyday cleanup. Clean up after meals and leave no dirty dishes in the sink at checkout. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left excessively dirty or with excessive trash.

Garbage & Recycling
Trash collection days are Monday and Thursday. Use the designated garbage and recycling bins, and follow the disposal instructions posted on the kitchen refrigerator.

Energy & Wi-Fi
Conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and heating when not in use or when leaving the property. Use Wi-Fi responsibly; illegal activity is prohibited.

Emergency Information
Familiarize yourself with the locations of fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, emergency exits, and pool safety equipment.
