Nice house and location, questionable service and maintenance. Had to contact Resort Rentals for confirmation ,and receipt, they were not shared automatically. Also had to call 10 minutes after check in to get entry information, was not shared automatically. The elevator broke, with guests in it, within the first 2 hours and was not repaired over our stay lasting 3 nights. Yes, the firemen came and rescued the guests, but my father could not stay without use of the elevator. The hot tub did not get hot until our last day when we told the property manager, she confirmed we were using the guide and remote correctly, we were. She then went into the garage, we could smell some sort of gas, then the water started to heat. This should have been turned on before check in. The property manager asked why we had not called, we noted the binder in the house stating a heated hot tub was an extra charge. She said was not true and started the heat. The listing does not say “hot” tub cost extra. Overall, service was questionable and all amenities did not work as listed. Paid a premium price but did not get premium service or amenities.
