The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1401 is a three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom and bunk beds in the third bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.

Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Perfect location

Overall our stay was great! Apartment with all the necessary( we could have used a few more towels ) but good condition. The only down side it was the parking for one car only. For a family/ apartment of 8 seems a little odd to have only one spot. Super convenient for beach access, and John pass. I will return again if I could. .

Great location

The only reason it is not 5 stars is because the sliding glass door has a very high base-I'm sure to prevent water from entering- there is nothing on the glass, on the base to warn anyone...well good thing i was coming back inside, it was carpet & not tile because i face planted & got a rug burn on my cheek & forehead & bruised eye...the 1st day. Also, it's the very 1st door coming off the elevator & there were shenanigans with some kids ringing the doorbell & running off.... Other than that location was perfect.

Been to this property before, this is my 2nd different unit and have already booked another for September. This property is a must. 3 minute walk to everywhere! The shops, the beach, and the pass all within a few minutes walk. Right out the door is the crosswalk to the beach access. Any room here is going to be great. Don’t skip a deal here!

Great location and the room was clean. Acadations were alittle lacking. I was told a roll of TP was a starter pack and only 2 trash bags. I like to clean up and leave room in good condition. But no soap to hand wash dishes, and dishwasher was not working great. Only 2 trash bags given for the entire stay, which we took out ourselves. For a resort style place they should take care of the renters alittle more, or let us know expectations before.

Overall experience was great. One maintenance issues (one bathroom sink was very slow to drain) unit was advertised to sleep 8 but only 5 towels in the unit. Went to registration desk to get another towel. We would stay again.

The condo is beautiful and well appointed. It could use a hair dryer and kitchen towels. The pool and view are amazing. Ask the manager for more specific details about the location before you get there as google maps did not get us to the development.

Unit was very dirty

Let me start by saying the location and the size of the room was perfect. That being said, when we walked in, we noticed scuff marks and dirt prints all over almost ever single wall. A simple coat of white paint or a magic eraser would do this unit justice. Trash and dirty socks were found under and around the furniture. As well as the comforters having stains and feeling as if they had reminisce of sand on them. I realize this is a beach location, but seeing as how you pay a cleaning fee, you would expect to come into a clean unit. The bunk beds were not even fully made. The top sheet was folded up and placed under the blanket, instead of being properly tucked in. In addition to this finding, the bunk bed was very very unstable and is very close to falling apart and will result in injury if not addressed soon. The convenience of the location and the buildings are very nice. But the cleanliness is lacking. The other pain was parking! Only one car allowed but you allow 8 people to stay in one unit? Beware the parking lots across from the resort are very expensive.

Rental 1401 issues

Our overall experience was good Main Beds Comfy as well with extra bedrooms but very disappointing in the pool situation.. Why would you not have it Ready for a holiday weekend .. Parking is a nightmare , Our unit pull out bed in the living area was unfit for anyone to sleep on ..new paint was well needed in this unit as well as newer carpet also … A fan that was so noisy in the bedroom it was not able to be used ….Simply things like this will keep me from returning again

Relaxing get away

Great Location! The unit was very clean, across the street from the beach access, and a very short walk to John’s Pass where there are many shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely polite as well. The only downside to this rental is the parking. They will only give you one spot due to limited parking spaces. We had to find alternative parking for one vehicle. There is public metered parking across the street, however the cost is high. When we arrived Friday it was $3 per hour max of 12 hours. Saturday the cost went up to $7 per hour. There is a parking garage at John’s Pass which is $20 a day, which was still expensive but a lot cheaper.

A group of us chose this place because we wanted somewhere that wasn’t so busy like Fort Lauderdale which we have done before. We loved the environment at Madeira Beach!! Our place was so clean and well kept. We definitely recommend it to everyone!!

Great location, good price!

The condo was in a GREAT location and was reasonably priced. There were lots of reviews that the parking was bad, but we an extra car and we’re able to park it at the restaurant parking (closed). I’d definitely recommend getting beach equipment rental… although, we did buy 2 beach chairs and left them. I was a little disappointed in the cooking supplies, not possible to make a meal for 4… but plenty of restaurants, short walk to John’s Pass Boardwalk and right on the bus route! Also has a public dock spot on the water so we got our boat rental delivered right to us!!

I loved the property but the parking is unrealistic. We had a 3 bedroom with 7 ppl and only had one parking space. Public parking for the weekend cost 2 per hour and want even in walking distance!

Missing in a Fantastic Location

Amazing location and proximity to Madeira Beach access and John's Pass! Quiet & Secure with Extra Towels! If I'm going to get picky... the walls were really scuffed up and the carpet had stains. As a tired traveler, it is always nice when an owner/property manager go above and beyond for their renter by providing things they may have forgotten and not leaving them caught off guard! There was no dish soap, no dishwasher detergent and no sink stopper to wash dirty dishes. LISTINGS SHOULD BE CLEAR about WHAT IS INCLUDED & WHAT IS NOT. Therefore, words to the wise: bring all paper products and ALL necessities. If your lucky enough to inherit some from the renter before you, then you won't have to visit the local grocery or convenience store if not ;) Whether you flew into town or drove a thousand miles. You will have a couple small soap bars provided including a hairdryer, toaster and kitchen cookware, dinnerware and Service essentials.
