Villa Key West - Key West-charme ontmoet 21ste eeuw - Downtown Safety Harbor

Na 10 jaar overweldigend succes met het Harbour House (object # 437948 om recensies te zien) hebben we "Villa's by Christine" geopend.

Christine's doel bij de 2-jarige renovatie van Villa Key West was om haar gasten de architectonische charme van een klassieke Key West Villa te laten voelen terwijl ze de voorzieningen van een 5-sterrenhotel ervoer.

Net als bij het Harbour House, ligt Villa Key West in dezelfde schilderachtige woonstraat, op slechts een steenworp afstand van de charmante boetieks, restaurants en pubs van Safety Harbor.

De woonkamer en beide slaapkamers hebben grote smart-tv's met complementaire traditionele tv, Roku, Netflix, Prime en Hulu.

De benedenmeester heeft een queensize bed, samen met een groot terras en een zitgedeelte aan de achterkant dat uitkijkt op een van Safety Harbours begeerde 150 jaar oude eiken die over een natuurreservaatvijver en fontein stromen.

Een wenteltrap leidt naar de afgelegen bovenmeester die is benoemd met een queensize bed, samen met een eigen badkamer die elk 5-sterrenhotel zou koesteren.

Zoals u op de foto's zult zien, zijn geen kosten gespaard om uw bezoek aan Safety Harbor en de grotere Tampa / St. Petersburg gebied een unieke ervaring.

Villa Key West ligt in een rustige woonwijk. Onze vorige gasten zijn enthousiast over het gebied en de vriendelijke buren.

In town for a 40th HS reunion at the Safety Harbor Spa and Resort. Location was excellent for walking there main st spots. Very cool place and the pics are a great representation. Fully stocked with everything you need super cold & quiet AC. Great patio but too hot for me to want to be on it. Christine is the bomb as far as communications and flexibility go. A lot of my buddies wanted to rent this at Italia next year for our own unofficial 41st reunion.

Girls Staycation

Chrisine has thought of everything for this wonderful and cute villa. It is adorable, and so comfortable. Villa has everything you could think of on site for your convience. Loved the little notes all around letting you know how welcome you are there, we loved all the touches! Located a block from downtown Safety Harbor which has so much shopping, dining, and entertainment, it is a beautiful area to spend time in. Absolutly loved this villa, and can't wait for another trip back! Thank you for everything! Was an amazing experience!

Outstanding Place, Hostess & Location!

Two night stay for anniversary celebration with friends. The condo is in an excellent location two minutes to downtown Safety Harbor and quick drives to Clearwater and Tampa. The property is incredibly well maintained and beautifully decorated. Feels very much like you are staying in someones home, not a "rental." Spotlessly clean! Plenty of room for four adults to be very comfortable. Christine was an outstanding hostess with excellent communication. Highly recommend this property and will book again if in the area!

Key West Vibe in Safety Harbor

Our stay at Villas By Christine - Key West was absolutely incredible!! The Key West vibe and decor were perfect!Anything we needed supply wise, except of course for food/drink, was provided. The location is perfect, only 1-1/2 block walk from Main Street where plenty of bars and restaurants await. The neighborhood location of the villa is very quiet and parking on site is super convenient.Would highly recommend either villa, Key West or Italia, when visiting Safety Harbor!!

Well thought out design, thoughtful amenities, nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We stayed to attend a concert at Raymond James stadium. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place

The small details made this place perfect. The back yard view at night was breathtaking. Temperature control for both bedrooms was very convenient since one wanted it cool and the other wanted it warmer. Quick walk to Main Street in Safety Harbor was icing on the cake.

Amazing place!

This villa is amazing, very clean and everything is so thoughtfully done! Another review stated Christine should give a class on how to set up a STR, I absolutely 100% agree!! The use of space is perfect, very well decorated, the back porch is just amazing, there wasn't anything that she didnt think of to include! The complimentary wine, water and snacks were a welcome surprise! I can't say enough about how clean this place was and I can't give enough stars for this place! We were only there for the weekend and we will definitely be back as we do come to that area several times a year! Christine is more than a superhost!!

Home Away from Home

This was a comfortable and rewarding anniversary trip! We spent a few nights here and enjoyed every minute. The area was close to Main Street and we did hear music (only while sitting on the front) some times. Overall, the host took great care of us, left toys out, had ample beach supplies, and even snacks/wine for our trip. We would come back in a heartbeat!!! Special thanks to the host!

Adorable!

The Key West Villa was just right for our small family celebration over Christmas. Christine even put up a tree for us! This house is spotless and well equipped for cooking…and eating. The house is cheerful all around, including a fort porch with oversized chairs and a back porch with a sultry view of the Florida landscape. And it’s only two blocks away for Main Street. We have already booked again for May!

Beautiful, great location, perfect getaway

My husband and I stayed in the Key West Villa for our anniversary getaway. This adorable villa is in a great location within easy walking distance of downtown Safety Harbor where you will find tons of great restaurants and cute little shops. Though it is close to downtown, it was a quiet and peaceful retreat. The villa is very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. It is the perfect size for 1 or 2 couples or a small family. The host was great to work with and quick to respond to our questions. Though it is part of a duplex, we never heard the guests on the other side, even though it was occupied the entire time we were there. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful stay in charming cottage!

We had such a nice visit in this adorable cottage! Comfortable furnishings, everything we needed and the perfect location just a couple minutes to downtown Safety Harbor. Many good choices to easily walk to for dinner. The covered back patio was wonderful too. We also enjoyed the snacks! Would definitely stay here again!
