The Safety Harbor Lake House ligt in het hart van Safety Harbor. Dit Key West Style Home is uniek in zijn soort. Elke kamer biedt een prachtig uitzicht op het water. De open plattegrond leidt naar een prachtig scherm-in zwembad en een zoetwatermeer. Word elke ochtend wakker op het meer, of ontspan 's avonds op uw eigen aanlegsteiger. Geniet van familiebarbecues naast uw eigen privézwembad. Dit huis is voorzien van houten vloeren - nieuwe keukenapparatuur - zuidelijke luiken - gekooide zwembad - eigen visdok en een geweldig uitzicht! Dit is echt een fantastische locatie en een geweldige plek om vrienden en familie te vermaken. En huisdieren zijn natuurlijk altijd welkom. Er is een eenmalige $ 75 huisdierentoeslag.

Safety Harbor staat bekend om zijn kunst- en muziekfestivals. Dit huis ligt op slechts een paar blokken van het stadscentrum. u kunt deel uitmaken van de Safety Harbor-levensstijl. Loop naar restaurants, tavernes, boetieks en festivals. Fiets Bayshore Blvd. af, verken Majestic Philippi Park of geniet van een dag in de wereldberoemde Safety Harbor Spa. Het beste van alles, Vis uit je eigen privépier! Wij bieden zwembadspeelgoed, 2 fietsen en 2 hengels.

HOUD ER REKENING MEE DAT; HIER IS HET HEET. Het zwembad kan op verzoek worden verwarmd door de wintermaanden. De kosten bedragen $ 25 per nacht of $ 300 per maand. Laat het me weten als je een verwarmd zwembad nodig hebt. Het duurt een paar dagen om het water op temperatuur te krijgen. Ik stuur een betalingsverzoek voor de extra kosten en we zullen het zwembad voor u klaar hebben wanneer u aankomt. Het zwembad wordt NIET verwarmd van 1 mei tot 1 nov.

Handig om de Golf stranden, honkbal lente training, tropische golf cursussen, winkels en restaurants en 2 luchthavens. Je kunt bijna overal in ongeveer 15 minuten komen.

Great Spacious Home In The Most Walkable Town Near The Gulf Coast!

We have been staying in this area for the past 19 years every March and thoroughly enjoyed this home and town. Safety Harbor is one of the only towns (maybe Dunedin is the other) where you can park your car once and simply walk the rest of the week to almost every bar, restaurant, or brewery that you would like to visit. The home is exactly a 7 minute walk to the main strip and it is great to get out and about and walk past the very nice and different homes in the area. The home itself gives off a much larger feel than it appears from the outside. The inside is spacious and airy with great view of the lake behind it. The three bedrooms are all very large with high ceilings and there are three separate full bathrooms with one en suite. The kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much anything you could possibly need to make all kinds of food and drink. The pool is very nice and screened in to protect you from any critters. The deck over the lake is a great place to take in the serene nature all around you. The grounds are well kept. The home was clean and did not have any kind of odors that some rental homes have. We utilized the grill to make a couple of meals as well as the range and oven to cook breakfasts in a few days. There was even a full second refrigerator/freezer in the garage which we used to store beverages and ice bags. The communication with the host was fast and straightforward. Check in& check out were a breeze. Would highly recommend and will surely come again!

The neighborhood is safe and quiet and it close to the cute downtown area with many cute shops and wonderful restaurants. I would recommend staying here to anyone with families. Perfect for our family!

This was a perfect house for our family get-together. It is spacious and provided plenty of room for us to spread out and do separate things - read, play games, watch TV, etc. It was very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and dishes. The neighborhood is lovely and is within walking distance to the Safety Harbor restaurants, stores, marina, walking path. The only thing that was misleading is that the third bathroom does not connect to a bedroom. It worked out fine for us, but the description online doesn't specify that. We highly recommend this house!

Great home/location/town

Our family really enjoyed this property and highly recommend to everyone without hesitation. Home is very clean and spacious, as well as quiet and relaxing. Kitchen has everything you need. Safety Harbor is such a cute little town and we dined at a few of the restaurants. We all loved the backyard and lake with the dock. Enjoyed seeing the pelicans dive for fish every day and all of the other birds as well. Got to see an aligator each morning. About a 30 minute drive to the ocean at Indian Rocks Beach.

Alligator Lake

Lovely home, updated and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with just about anything you could imagine needing. The outdoor patio area was relaxing with a stunning view of the lake. It was so peaceful. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood setting.

Family Reunion

This is a beautiful property that does not disappoint. The location and view are wonderful. The house is neat, clean and fully stocked with all of the essentials. This was a family reunion trip - and while only a few people stayed there, it was the perfect place to gather the entire family during the day for our annual reunion.

Wonderful Property and Location

This property was just what we were looking for. It was a central location to Tampa Bay area attractions (Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach, Ybor City and Tropicana Stadium). Safety Harbor is the cutest little town with some great shops and restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It is clear that the owners want to provide a comfortable stay for guests. The pool was perfect for the kids and the lake view was beautiful and relaxing. We loved watching the birds and alligators on the lake. We even saw flamingos flying overhead one morning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property is in a wonderful location. The lake and all the wildlife on and around it is beautiful. The house is just perfect. It is decorated in a fun festive Key West vibe. The arrangement of rooms is great. We were all able to have our own space along with many gathering areas. This is a wonderful host!
