Kom ontspannen en ga weg in dit luxe huis aan zee! . Dit is een plek voor u, uw familie en vrienden om van te genieten met een grote omheinde tuin. We zijn hondvriendelijk. De locatie is perfect, want het is op loopafstand van zowel het dorp als het strand. Met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers is dit huis klaar om aan al uw behoeften te voldoen ... groot genoeg om 14 personen zeer comfortabel te huisvesten, maar gezellig genoeg voor 2-3 personen. Buiten de grote slaapkamer vindt u een speciale kamer voor uw baby. Wordt geleverd met wieg en commode. Beneden vindt u twee slaapkamers. Een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed dat uitkomt op de patio en de tuin. Eigen badkamer met dubbele wastafel. Een quest kamer met queensize bed met ligbad. Boven twee extra slaapkamers met jack en Jill-bad (2 privétoiletten). Eerste slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. Tweede slaapkamer (stapelbed kamer) heeft full-size stapelbed met twee aan de onderkant. Heeft ook een queensize bed met een tweepersoonsslaapbank. U zult genieten van tijd doorbrengen met iedereen in de wijd open, ruime woonkamer ... een grote keuken met alle voorzieningen. Elke fijnproever zou graag in de keuken en buiten koken met nieuwe Weber Grill, samen met schroeien en zijbrander. Daarnaast hebben we een brander en een grote pot voor garnalenkoken toegevoegd. Er zijn vier fietsen (3-townies) die ongelooflijk zijn om te rijden met manden om te winkelen.

The home was a great rental property-the kitchen had all needed dishes, gadgets, and utensils to make phenomenal meals. The Bbq Grill was a great touch. The exterior was immaculate and was manicured several times during our stay. The pool was also lovely and maintained while we were there.

Perfect location. Great property for a multi family vacation. The pool was a great size and there are nice shaded areas in the back yard as well. The common area is large and accommodated our big group well. Location is walking distance to the beach and village. The owners are easily available and quick to respond. Just perfect!

Thanks to this house we had a great vacation with our extended family. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we spent lots of time in the pool. The pool towels were of excellent quality and we enjoyed the ice maker. The house was big enough for our whole family. We would definitely stay here again. St. Simons is a beautiful place to vacation with many restaurant choices.

This was our first time traveling to SSI. Our trip was cut short unfortunately, but from what we did get to experience, the area is laid back and family friendly. The home was as described in the listing, very clean, and very comfortable. The pool was such a hit with the littles! Communication with Maria was wonderful! My entire family would recommend staying!

Great property for young kids, Weather was not great for a couple of days, the heated pool was a big winner, they spent hour's playing in it. Close to water and downtown great shops and restaurants. Terrific Winter Getaway

The house was exactly as described and perfect for a family visit to SSI. The house was beautiful and clearly a reflection of lovely, upscale taste with every amenity considered to make for a comfortable stay. We paid for the pool to be heated, and it was well worth it as the kids swam daily even during unusually cold weather. Maria always responded promptly to communication, and her recommendations for activities and restaurants were spot-on. We have rented homes several times in the past, and this is the best property and host!

House looked great in the pictures, but even better in person. None of that "fisheye lense distorted size" issues. Coastal Cottage was spacious!!! Comfy beds, plenty of room, awesome kitchen. We ate out most of this trip but the house has plenty of cooking, grilling and even Blackstone cooking options. Location was wonderful. Had a large F150 and Minivan in the parking area and still had room for 2 golf cards with room to spare. Owners were easy to work with, easy to contact and replied pretty quickly when we had some questions come up. Out experience with Coastal Cottage and the Gilberts was fantastic.

Awesome house for a big family!

We had a fantastic time at this house! Great location, beautifully decorated, fun pool with volleyball net, well-equipped kitchen, large enough for our family of 10. The nursery was perfect for our little one-year-old grandson. We will definitely be back to this same house. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed driving it all over town. We also rented a tent and chairs/towels for the beach from The Tent Guys. They were great, and it was nice not having to lug chairs, etc., to the beach. Such a fun, memorable week.

Beautiful Coastal Cottage

Very beautiful and clean house. The kitchen has a big island to prepare meals with big families and a large table to eat at. Many spots to sleep. The beds are very comfortable. If you have a lot of people or staying awhile bring extra things such as toilet paper/paper towels/laundry pods/dish soap/garbage bags as they do carry all those things you will need to restock as they do list in their stay description. Great for grilling. The pool is perfect and has a volleyball net/ball to play with. Enjoyed making smores in the firepit at night and looking up at the night sky. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 min and the property is in a great location to all the tourist spots. What a great stay and beautiful town!!!
