Welcome to the Sea Spray Osprey!

This is a classic 1940's Island Cottage home in a perfect location near the Village with character and charm!

This 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has hardwoods and carpet throughout. Sea Spray Osprey cottage is located within walking distance to Mallery Park and the Pier Village area which boasts wonderful pubs, restaurants, shops, library, beach access and a public pool, along with tennis courts, pickle ball, and a designated dog park along the way. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and has easy access to the many bicycle and walking paths that St. Simons Island has to offer.

You will love the extra gathering space in the sunroom which also leads to a large, fenced-in backyard.

Two pets under 50 lbs are allowed with a $150 pet fee for one and $225 for two.

Loved it

We loved this house. We booked it last minute to go to the Shrimp and Grits festival on Jekyll. This home was cute, cozy and the layout gave everyone plenty of privacy. It was also very close to the pier, dining and shops. I am saving this home to book if we come back!

College Move in Stay

It was myself, my mother, dog, teen and her friend staying there on the weekend before College Move In at CCGA. It was so perfect with the gate for the dog as well as our cars packed waiting to move into the dorms. It's a very secure neighborhood, quiet and a beautiful home that all of us had our own bedroom! Will definitely be staying here again!

My family of four and our friends family of four stayed here for a week vacation. The house was just big enough for the 8 of us consisting of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 13, 12, 11 and 9). The house was very clean, communication was fast and responsive and the location of the house was perfect for us. We did have to drive to the beach but beach parking was easy. We all loved our stay the only thing is the house has no grill or outside seating other than those two things it was a great vacation!

Nice place at SSI

All went very well. Owners communicated well and answered my questions. Property was clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood close to East Beach (5 min by car; 10 min by bike). House is well-equipped and all appliances worked. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Great first time in St. Simons

The house was very comfortable and well stocked making it easy for a short getaway. We rented bikes that was delivered to the house and never got in the car until we left. We would stay here again.
