Mooi huisdiervriendelijk huis aan de oceaan met uitzicht op Jekyll en de Atlantische Oceaan!

Deze eigenschap is opgesplitst in drie afzonderlijke verdiepingen, allemaal met verschillende beschikbaarheid. Ocean front drie slaapkamers, drie en een half badkamer huis perfect gelegen op slechts een paar korte blokken van The Pier Village. Je hebt uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit de woonkamer, eetkamer, zithoek en keuken. De veranda loopt langs de oceaan met rockers en stoelen om te ontspannen en te genieten van je uitzicht op Jekyll en de Atlantische Oceaan. Er zijn twee gashaarden die alleen worden ingeschakeld van januari tot maart. Carol's Greyside is een van de moeilijkste huuraccommodaties. Als u eenmaal in deze accommodatie bent gebleven, wilt u nergens anders verblijven! Onze gasten blijven jaar na jaar boeken, dus als u ziet dat uw data beschikbaar zijn, spring er dan op en laat ze nu boeken! Beschikbaarheid duurt meestal niet lang! Deze woning heeft een grote wasruimte met wastafel en voorlader HE wasmachine / droger. De grote badkamer heeft een groot tuinkuipje en een aparte vrijstaande douche. Er is ook een dubbele wastafel en een inloopkast in de slaapkamer. Elk van de andere twee slaapkamers heeft een eigen badkamer met bad / douche-combo's en een wastafel. Ze hebben ook een inloopkast. Er is een formele woonkamer, zit- / leeskamer en een studeerkamer. De open haarden zijn in de den en formele woonkamer. Er is carport parking en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand dat direct voor dit prachtige huis ligt! Reviewer Comments: As always, our family had a wonderful time and there are very few properties on the island that have all of the amenities. It was nice to see the new large window and door to the balcony (long time overdue). One issue, that was being worked while we were there, is the internet. It has always been an issue. Hopefully the new service and maintenance will resolve that issue. The only other thing that we always deal with is the ice make in the refrigerator. It is slow and does not produce a lot of ice. We host dinners throughout the week and it's always a drag to have to go get bagged ice. At some point there was an ice maker in one of the storage slots; not sure why that was removed. An improved ice maker (or small one for the property would be nice).

It is right on the beach and the covered porch is perfect to sit out any time day or night ! You can hear the ocean from almost every room. View is beautiful. Location is excellent- very close to the pier village and right beside a beach access. Plenty of room for a good size family. Spacious bedrooms. The main kitchen/ den is open floor plan. The laundry room is off the master. Well designed floor plan. There are 16 steps to the entrance for anyone with orthopedic issues. This is truly one of a kind.

The property location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach so that even an afternoon thunderstorm on the water can be enjoyed from the spacious living areas and kitchen. The unit is well-stocked with everything needed to ensure a wonderful stay, whether you decide to go out for every meal or to stay close and cook for the family. Most of all, dealing with Katie at Golden Isles is always a pleasure.
