Welcome to this fabulous 3 story Treetop unit, steps away from the East Beach area on St. Simons Island. With bedrooms on the first and third level, the main living area, kitchen and dining rooms are located on the second floor.

The ground level features a bedroom with a Queen bed and a smart TV for streaming. The other bedroom serves multiple purposes - as a bedroom with bunk beds that can hide behind sliding barn doors, as a sofa that turns into a queen sleeper or a small office with a desk. There's a full bathroom for these two bedrooms to share. Just off the back bedroom, you'll find a fenced-in patio with a gas grill and plenty of seating. Enjoy the outdoor hose to clean off from your beach trek as well!

The second floor is the main living area. It consists of the well-equipped kitchen, dining room table with seating for 6, a comfortable living room with shiplap walls and excellent marsh views. In addition, the main floor has a half bath as well as a full laundry room.

The master suite is located on the third floor and features a King-sized bed with en-suite featuring a new walk-in shower. Your favorite spot will probably be the third floor private balcony with incredible marsh views.

This unit is well stocked for your family vacation!
