- Second King: King bedroom on the on upper floor, Smart TV, shares the upper floor full bath
- Queen Room: Queen bedroom on upper level, Smart TV , shares the upper floor full bath
- Bonus! 1 additional queen sleeper sofa in sunroom on upper level, shares the upper floor full bath

Two full bathrooms:
- Bathroom #1: on first floor with newly renovated walk in shower.
- Bathroom #2: on second floor with tub/shower.

Washer/Dryer are located on second floor.

This property has the best Outdoor Spaces:
- Great second story outdoor deck with sun and ocean breezes, perfect for grilling, dining and just chilling. Gas/Propane grill located on second story.
Outside dining table and seating to enjoy summer grill-outs.

- Adirondack deck on third level to sit and soak up the sun

Note, the fireplace and garage are not accessible.

Entrance to Sandy Shoes Cottage is accessed by steps to the second level.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 30lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 1 dog max.

Please note that parking is limited to 2 vehicles on the gravel. Covered driveway must not be blocked and is reserved for other residence.
