King & Prince Oceanfront North Villa

Deze aanbieding is voorzien van een appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers dat het hele jaar door te huur is. Onze tarieven variëren, afhankelijk van het seizoen en de lengte van het verblijf. Onze familie LLC is onafhankelijk eigendom deze villa sinds 2014. Onze villa is gelegen aan de koning en prins Golf & Beach Resort op Downing St. in St. Simons Island, Georgië. Onze 1257 vierkante meter villa is een penthouse-model op de bovenste verdieping met plafonds van 14 voet met dakraam in woon-, master- en logeerkamers. Onze villa is gerenoveerd met marmeren vloeren en aanplantingsblinden het hele gebouw en beschikt over marmeren douches. De master bad is geconfigureerd en uitgebreid tot een voormalige kleedruimte bevatten. Het biedt nu een oceaan uitzicht en is volledig handicap toegankelijk met behulp van een marmeren, inloopdouche (3inch klaring). De douche is voorzien van handgrepen en douchekoppen aan 2 kanten. Er is ook een 3 afneembaar douchekop met slang en een ingebouwde stoel. De keuken en badkamers zijn voorzien van aangepaste kasten met granieten oppervlakken. Master bad kasten zijn ontworpen voor rolstoelgebruikers toegankelijk zijn. De villa heeft een marmeren, visgraat patroon gashaard onder een houten mantel. Het bevat ook gerenoveerd 163 mph botte kracht, geluid, orkaan resistent invloed glas uitzicht op de oceaan. Deze weerstand glas functies klinken resistent, schuifdeuren van de woonkamer en slaapkamer met uitzicht op het balkon. Glazen kunnen vervangen worden met schermen aan zeewind genieten in de villa. Het balkon biedt teak meubelen om te ontspannen en uitzicht op de oceaan. 24-uurs beveiliging wordt geleverd door de HOA. Een volledig menu met room service is beschikbaar van de Koning en Prince Hotel. Overdekte parkeerplaats. Wij aanvaarden overflow reserveringen van groepen en conferenties op de Koning en Prince hotel. Wij eisen de zomer tarieven voor UGA vs. FLA weekend. Beautiful oceanfront condo with incredible views. Convenient to all the things we love about SSI- The Cottage, Beachcombers, Crab Trap, Crabdaddy’s, Fiddler’s and many more. This condo is perfectly situated for families with children of all ages with easy access to The King and Prince resort. Enjoyed our stay and so sad to leave!

Wonderful place .Owners are great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The only complaint that we had is there was work refinishing of the floors ongoing that significanty impacted elevator use. We could use it the first day thankfully but other than that , no. We were on the 4th floor . Probably should have rented it another week after work ws done .

We enjoyed the unit. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Beds were comfortable. The beach view was amazing and we enjoyed the sunrise every morning. Having been there in January made us realize the sun probably bakes the place in summer months which would be a shame. There were a few things missing that would have made our stay more cozy and comfortable- rugs in the bathrooms and living room sitting area would have made it so much warmer as the tile floors were frigid. On our next to last day there someone turned the heat up in the unit below and that made the floors so much warmer. Kitchen was well enough appointed except for a few small things. Owner was responsive and very pleasant. Management company was very efficient but not very cordial. I found their terse communication off putting, but the owner was welcoming and lovely. This unit was located within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and cute shops. We did not use any of the facilities offered by King and Prince complex but this was due to it being winter and not using pools, etc. we would stay here again.

Gorgeous. Clean. Easy. Picturesque view. We didn’t feel like we even needed to leave the balcony to enjoy ourselves. It was amazing! It wasn’t just relaxing, I actually relaxed!

This villa at the King and Prince resort had all the amenities anyone would need right at our fingertips. It is strategically located to the bridge which crosses the inlet pond and straight to the umbrellas on the beach. There is also a pool and hot tub. Conversations with the hosts were friendly and easy. Our weather, praise the Lord was a constant 85 with a slight breeze. I highly recommend this villa. Thank for a great week.

I can’t say enough about the views, location, beach access and the proximity to and from the downtown area. The rooms were clean and the condo had everything we needed. A cup of coffee and a danish were at our fingertips each morning when we’d stop by The Cottage just around the corner. There’s upscale dining as well as come as you are drinks and casual burgers and barbecue about a block away. We will definitely come back.

I loved this condo. I did not think I would like being on the fourth floor, but I actually loved it, especially the high ceilings.The views were great. Very spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit.

We loved this wonderfully, updated villa. Since our last stay, the balcony lights have been redone. We loved the new smart TV in the main room. The WI-FI is strong and served us well. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and its so easy to operate. The villa was ultra clean and smelled totally fresh upon arrival. This seems to be a trademark of the lovely owners of this villa. We have stayed here many times. It must have been freshly painted because there werent any scuffs on any wall. I noticed a new 50 gallon water heater which i had not seen before. Thanks so much!!!!! the Rockers.

We had a very enjoyable time at St. Simons Island. The King & Prince resort is a wonderful property on the ocean. The condo has a great location on the ocean with beautiful views and it was very clean. However, the furniture needs updating, the couch & chairs were very uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture was also uncomfortable & lacking. Could use a nice size table. The kitchen could use new pots, pans, glassware & water pitcher. They are all old & scratched. The beds were very comfortable except that the pillows were old & very flat. The master bath was nicely redone, but, the toilet was located right up against the shower door, which was cramped & uncomfortable. On a positive side, plenty of towels were provided, which is appreciated. Nice to have assigned covered parking. All in all, we had a great vacation. The views are amazing. We saw dolphins while walking the beach! This condo has such great potential. Just needs the updates we mentioned. After all, it is a beach resort, maybe the furniture could reflect that. We ate dinner one night at Echo Restaurant at the resort, outside overlooking the ocean. Priceless.

The view is great and location excellent, we had stayed in this location before, easy walk to everywhere. The condo is a little dated, the fireplace did not work and there was a gas smell to the point we had to leave windows open, even when it was cold outside. There were no Instructions for Wi-fi or how to work TV, which we never figured out. We were also never told they were working on the condos around us, everyday starting at 9:00 am to 5:00 they were jack hammering that about drove us crazy. For those reasons we felt the condo was over priced.

Clean condo, amazing view, spacious, lovely beach! Wish they had warned us about construction/ remodeling that had been going on since December!!!! Owner offered to pay for an activity and some lunches to make up for noise, which he did reimburse. But truly if they knew this incredibly loud project was going on, why didn’t they off one of their other condos instead - when we booked!!! Really disappointed in how the rental timing was handled!

We've stayed at the King and Prince for about 5 years now but never on the 4th floor. The 4th floor really opens up condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely check out the listing again before our next stay.

The view from the condo was amazing! For the most part the condo was comfortable, a little bit dated. A few fixes in the kitchen would have been nice, drawers mainly and some in the main bedroom were off a little too. Over all the property was great.
