Luxury beach house, fire pit+ bikes+ walk to Pier!

Relax and get away in this newly renovated luxury beach home with all-new bathrooms, an upscale kitchen with professional appliances, and wood floors. 3 Bed/3 Bath, 2 king beds + 2 bunk beds (sleeps 8). Enjoy 4 bikes, gas grill, free covered parking, fenced yard, outdoor shower/dog wash station, large dog crate/beds, covered porch, outdoor patio, and fire pit for roasting s'mores! 4 smart TVs, highspeed internet, board games, and more. 1/2 mile walk to Pier/Village; 1.3-mile bike ride to beach!
The space
Guests will have access to the entire house during the stay as well as a fenced backyard and ample parking for up to 2 cars in the carport/driveway.

Guests will also enjoy the home's copper-lined outdoor fire pit with seating for six in a ring of comfy Adirondack chairs, s'more sticks (see drawer under microwave!), and firewood to get you started. Additional firewood can be purchased at Home Depot or Lowes.

Guests have access to an outdoor patio and gas grill. We have a backup tank and strive to have it "on the ready", but if you do manage a refill during your stay, we are happy to credit you for the propane. The backyard party lights have an outdoor light switch just behind the outdoor grill. :)

Finally, guests enjoy an outdoor shed for storing four bikes perfect for exploring the island, and two folding beach chairs. Please avoid taking bikes on the beach to help protect the gears from saltwater and corrosion. :D
Other things to note
$100 per pet fee for 1 or 2 pets per stay for housetrained, well-behaved pets under 50# can be processed as an "additional service fee". I love dogs and I'm happy to open my home to yours! We have one large crate w dog bed and x1 additional dog bed.

Please let me know if you will be bringing your four-legged friend(s) one week or more before check-in, keep them out of beds/off furniture, and clean up yard waste so the property’s “land-mine” free for all to enjoy.
