Video & Audio: There is one (1) installed one exterior camera at the front door to assist with check in as needed (call capabilities), for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld. There are no interior cameras. Video Surveillance cameras monitor (audio and video) the exterior of our home at the front entrance facing the parking lot. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have one external security camera located on the front door facing out to the parking lot. Tampering with the camera and/or Internet will lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and forfeiture of the entire deposit.
