This immaculate 4-bedroom / 3-bathroom island beach cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes away from beaches, restaurants, and shopping on St. Simons Island! The wraparound front porch and the chic coastal décor will lure guests into island living at its finest! Recently updated and furnished, the cottage offers an open living floor plan with multiple access points to the wonderful wraparound porch. Enjoy mornings sipping coffee or evenings with cocktails while enjoying the rocking chairs and gazing up at the towering live oak trees. Guests will find the kitchen to have all the supplies needed to prepare every meal they prefer, with plenty of prep space. The kitchen table has seating for six and additional island bar seating for four guests. Adjacent to the dining and kitchen spaces, guests will find the large living room, which is a great space to enjoy game nights, watch the game, or movie night on the large 65" HD Smart TV.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!

The primary bedroom suite offers guests a very comfortable king-size bed with a desk space and a sitting area. The en-suite bath has two vanities, a walk-in shower, and toilet area, and a large walk-in closet. Two guest bedrooms are located off the living area and share a nicely updated bathroom with a tub/shower. The first guest bedroom offers a King-size bed, and the second guest bedroom offers a Queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom suite is located above the garage (access is inside the house) and offers two full-size beds with a 55" HD Smart TV with a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The garage suite is a great space for kids to play and enjoy movies or games!

The garage is available for guests to store their beach gear during their stay. After a busy and sandy day at the beach, a brand new outdoor shower welcomes guests back home with a place to rinse off before relaxing for the evening.
