Property Highlights and Important Information

• Maximum occupancy of 7 guests. Group gatherings and events are limited to the number of occupants. Weddings, rehearsal dinners, and similar events are not permitted
• Pets are not allowed
• Fireplace is not available for guest use
• Bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens are provided
• Check in at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am
• Approximately 1.6 miles to the beach, about a 10 minute bike ride
• Parking available for up to three vehicles
• Minimum age requirement of 25 years to rent
