Het huis is mooi ingericht met slimme tv's en internet voor al uw behoeften op het gebied van surfen en films kijken. Geniet van de bonus enorme bovenverdieping bonus kamer met een 60 + inch tv. Geniet van de bescherming van uw bezittingen met de drie auto rijden in de garage. Loop naar Echo, het enige restaurant aan het strand, gelegen aan het King & Price Golf / vakantieoord dat op een paar blokken afstand ligt! Lopen, fietsen of rijden door de prachtige levende eiken en Spaans mos naar de beste visrestaurants in St. Simons bij Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's en Iguanas Seafood Restaurant. Het huis is een korte wandeling naar het dorp, de lokale parken en pieren, voor al uw boodschappen en vakantie behoeften.

Tthe property was bright and inviting. The location was also very convenient as it was between good restaurants and the pier. It was very close to the beach, and the drive to jekyll was amazing. However, there was mold in the washer. I understand it is a very moist environment, but it may have been skipped over during the reset. Other than that, it was a very pleasing visit, and we cannot wait for the next time we return.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The property was very clean and well maintained. We felt really comfortable and safe through out the stay and our pup did too. We were only 80 yds away from beach access and the morning sunrises were epic. The property had all we needed and more for the beach. The best part about the location is how central it is to all that St. Simon’s has to offer. It was our first family vacation bringing our dog and overall we had an amazing trip. We will be back again and hope to book this same location in the future.

Wonderful condo! Extremely clean, great location and walkable to restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen, though we didn’t cook much. Large garage for vehicle and nice outdoor area in back. We loved sitting on porches (2 upstairs/ downstairs). People are very friendly and nice. Quiet location as well. We will definitely use this rental again. Another bonus, was the service to provide umbrellas, lounge chairs , cart and cooler for beach!!

House was great and so was St. Simon’s! House was clean, easy check-in and check-out, stocked with linens, towels, and beach gear. House is just 100 steps to the beach, which was a real treat! Also very walkable to downtown or the local brewery! We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck (there are two) and soaking in the afternoon sunshine. We will be back!

The location is perfect, literally steps to the beach & a short walk to nearby restaurants. We had our dogs with us & they settled really well, the front balcony was probably their & our favourite spot! Ideal spot for a morning coffee & perfect for a glass of wine later. The host was very responsive to any questions I had & were very clear with check-in & checkout information. The house is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Felt very comfortable in the house & I’m sure we’ll be back to enjoy another wonderful trip!

This property included everything one could ask for… location was SO convenient to the beach, for waking, as well as near restaurants. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable! Already missing enjoying morning coffee on the front patio. And the communication from the owners could not have been better (the App was such a plus!) Will most definitely be staying here again.

Place was great. The only issues were in the downstairs bathroom. The shower did not drain so each shower included a small bath. Also, the shampoo and soap in the shower did not work - nothing would come out of each bottle.

Stone's Throw Cottage was everything one could want for a beach getaway. It was immaculately clean and well appointed (right down to the Stone's Throw Cottage-branded cocktail napkins!) and ... it's a less than 2 minute walk to the beach. Location, location, location, as they say! And the property management was exceptional; our first day there we had a problem with the AC, and in less than an hour after we called they had an AC repair service there to fix the problem. Would definitely rent here again, or would rent any other property Lilmar Properties owns/manages. Overall, five stars!

My husband and I were trying St Simons island for the first time wanting to spend a couple weeks somewhere sunnier and a little warmer. The house was the perfect location....steps from the beautiful beach, very near the restaurants and shops near King and Prince and an easy walk to the village. We barely used our car. The house had great afternoon sun which we enjoyed on the balconies when we weren't walking on the beach. Kitchen was very well equipped. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Would highly recommend.

This was a lovely townhome just a short walk to the beach. The location was great! Unfortunately, the townhome next door was under renovations so it was loud throughout the day and the workers stayed there overnight and made quite a bit of noise hanging out in the garage. This was no fault of the owners or management but an inconvenience for us. Overall, it was a good place to stay that was close to the beach, restaurants, and downtown area.
